"We need new ideas". Yes, we do. But just because it's "new",doesn't make the idea good or even worth looking at. The object of the Sapphic Mistress and her decidedly warped economic plan is to reduce income disparity. But the plan is some sort of economic chimerical monstrosity. The reducing of income disparity takes its roots in socialist/ communist ideology, while profit sharing is a capitalist concept. Can a capitalist economic concept help lead to a reduction in income disparity via profit sharing? No, absolutely not. Profit sharing by way of being more productive is uniquely tied to an individual's abilities. If you have only been able to produce a certain amount of income, profit sharing will not reduce anyone's income disparity. Sure, they'll get in on the national 'profit sharing" but they'll only end up with the same amount of income as percentage of profit sharing as function of their abilities, education, status, ambition and will not see any reduction in disparity say, between themselves as a school bus driver and a lawyer.

Yes. New ideas deeply rooted in ideologies of envy, sloth, and entitlement. The problem is there is a large sector who contribute nothing at all, taking everything they get from Government (who stole it from working taxpayers).
Now, she advocates a reallocation of wealth as “profit sharing”. Just another fancy way of government stealing from one (or an entity) to give to another.
The end result is that absolutely no good comes from wealth received from value not added.

Why don’t they just start their own businesses? Make their own profits? Oh, that mountain of government rules and regulations might dissuade them a little.

We need new ideas, says a section of the text shared by her campaign. Hard-working Americans deserve ..." Do you think they are even aware of the irony of putting the phrase "new ideas" in the same sentence with that worn-out old lefty phrase "hard-working Americans?"
Gee, sharing very directly in the success or failure of the company. Profit-sharing, stocks, etc... Not a new idea there Hillary - that's basically the start-up model. Oh, wait, let me guess. Your "new idea" is that the "hard-working Americans" should only share in the good times. I'll bet you don't talk too much about compensation cuts when the company is struggling. Or is that another old idea like the hackneyed "hard-working Americans" - an old socialist idea...

Yo Hellary-—maybe businesses could pay their employees more if the Federal and State governments would reduce their ‘profit sharing/taking taxes’ on them.

Profit sharing doesn't need government intrusion.
Government intrusion means politicians/bureaucrats picking winners and losers, with their dismal past history.
Another epic fail from 'the world's smartest woman'.

We already have profit sharing. Its called “Stocks”.
But of course that also involves risk sharing, which the Democrats have no interest in.
