SF Sheriff Mirkarimi: Pier 14 Murder Could Happen In Any U.S. City; ICE Deserves Blame
KPIX Bay Area ^ | July 7th, 2015 | Unattributed

Posted on 07/07/2015 12:02:45 PM PDT by Mariner

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) — San Francisco Sheriff’s deputies have been making secret phone calls for years to help the Feds get illegal immigrants like murder suspect Francisco Sanchez, off the streets. Francisco Sanchez (San Francisco Police Dept.)

One former cop said it happened all the time because they “resented” the city’s so-called ‘sanctuary policy‘ and they wanted to get illegal immigrant criminals off the streets. Then, Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi got wind of it.

KPIX 5 obtained the memo Sheriff Mirkarimi sent to his deputies in March spelling out that he, and only he, can turn over illegal immigrants to Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE).

He sent the memo to all sworn personnel. It basically told them to stop going rogue.

If they had honored the legal ICE request, this murder wouldn’t have happened.

Get out the check book S.F.

Speaking of checkbooks, ya better keep your own handy because this epic open border lawlessness and looting of America is costing all of us about 200+ billion per year.

For perspective the government spend about 7 billion in 2014 on caring for our veterans.

"Where are Dirty Harry and Frank Bullitt?"

Heck, I'd even settle for Axel Foley ...

[I know .. I know .. that was Beverly Hills, but it's close enough.]

Yep, a wife beating left wing POS, posing as a man of the law!

This is what the wife beater is mad about, not the death of an innocent woman due to his policies as a head lawman in the sanctuary city:

“Then, Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi got wind of it. KPIX 5 obtained the memo Sheriff Mirkarimi sent to his deputies in March spelling out that he, and only he, can turn over illegal immigrants to ICE!”

It’s not George W’s fault, but don’t forget that Jeb says it’s an act of love when illegal aliens break into our country. That could make a great attack ad. A woman was murdered by an illegal alien and it’s an act of love.

The GOPee, as evidenced by The Jebster and Karl “Tokyo” Rove, are complicit. You can’t wish it otherwise no matter how hard you try.

One of these days, a victim or a family member of a victim is going to hold accountable the bureaucrat he holds responsible for a heinous crime like this. It won’t be pretty. But it might put clueless bureaucrats on notice.

I agree they ought to sue. But I think our legal system has become too corrupt for them to win. Getting involved in the “justice” system is its own brand of hell and the family probably has other priorities right now (funeral, grieving) and is probably too distraught to think about suing or to be able to handle the further victimization and abuse that a lawsuit will bring down on them. It would take great strength and deep pockets to pursue this. I’d like to see a conservative legal fund that takes up cases like this.

Still doesn’t explain why San Francisco dropped drug charges and let a 7 time felon lose on the city

“ICE said they issue nearly 200,000 detainers a year, and getting a warrant for each one is impossible. The judicial system would collapse under that kind of volume.”

Illegals have collapsed the system.

"Still doesn’t explain why San Francisco dropped drug charges and let a 7 time felon lose on the city"

Not that a pot possession charge would normally remand one to jail anywhere on the West Coast, but, the guy WAS a 7x felon.

Sure he violated probably/parole from SOMEWHERE.

I'm thinking SF, once they know the person is an illegal, does not check any federal database whatsoever.

They just turn 'em lose and count it as their good deed for the day.

#3 Old Sarge. Stick around. THe California reds will find some way of blaming Bush (any Bush) for this woman’s death, except for the actual killer.

There is a mental illness plague in San Francisco that will rewrite the psychology books on Insanity, with the Mayor, Sheriff. Asst DA, etc. as prime examples of leftist insanity and shit for brains.

Next there will be a picture of Democrat voters in SF with the caption: Masses of insane people, yet they are allowed to vote and breed. Welcome to Democrat/Marxist insanity.

This Sheriff belongs in jail with all the illegal criminals he has helped to take off the streets. It’s going to be lonely in there, isn’t it?

HE killed Ms. Steinle just as sure as if he pulled the trigger. I’m hoping for real just to prevail, starting with him. One of his released illegals robbing and beating the shit out of him and leaving him to die in the street.
One can hope, can’t they?

Condolensces to the family and to all the families of illegal murderers released by the Democrats.

#23: Didn’t know that Boehner/Boner was overseas on a vacation.

Well, in honor of his trip, may he stay there wherever the lush is, I’ve penned a poem.

My Boner lies over the ocean,
My Boner lies over the seas,
My Boner lies over the ocean,
Please never bring my Boner back to me, or America, or Alcoholics Anonymous!

#52: BINGO. the illegals have put the Cloward-Pixen (two Marxist sociologists) plans into action - collapse the social/governmental structure by overwhelming it with demands and protests.

A WINNER FOR THE COMMIES. A LOSER FOR AMERICA.

This guy is the usual Progressive. Blame the other guy. In this case ICE. If I were the family I’d be suing the City of San Francisco, the Mayor, and personally the Sheriff.

#55 Correction: A dropped word, adding here:
Hand is in a cast and typing is a little harder.

“Condolensces to the Steinle family and all the families of victims of illegal murderers released by the Democrats”.

Yep.
And I’m sure MX has it’s own “Rememberance Project”
for all the Mexican citizens murdered by illegal aliens from
elsewhere...
