A top establishment Republican donor reportedly wants Donald Trump banned from the first presidential debate.
Fox News will host the first GOP presidential debate on August 6 in Cleveland, and the debate will be limited to the top ten candidates in an average of the five most recent national polls in the run-up to the debate. Trump, who placed second in Fox Newss most recent national poll after his presidential announcement speech in which he took firm stances against illegal immigration and trade deals that harm American workers, is in line to be one of the 10 candidates on stage.
And that is not sitting well with some of the partys top donors, many of whom favor pro-amnesty legislation and do want to see their establishment darlings like Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)80% challenged on the issue.
According to an Associated Press report, Republican donor John Jordan said Monday that GOP leaders should take steps to block Trumps access to the first presidential debate in early August.
Someone in the party ought to start some sort of petition saying, If Trumps going to be on the stage, Im not going to be on there with him,' Jordan told the AP. Im toying with the idea of it.

Kinda figured as much, ugh.
John Jordan: RINO California winery owner who needs cheap Mexican illegals to pick grapes.
What a coincidence; so is Ted Cruz.
That said I want Trump in the debates.
I wonder how many illegals Mr. Jordan employs at his winery?
You know, the winery jobs Americans won’t do.
Sounds like his money has gone to his head.
Just being rich doesn’t give him the call... sounds like a jerk.
Well unless he’s a democrat like Soros and all the dem money grubbers fall down to worship the green stuff and kiss butt.
I don’t see why people are upset. After all they PUT this ‘lesser evil’ into the GOP freely and willingly. So all the lesser evils just need to sit down and shut up because their righteous indignation is of their own creation.
We tried to tell you.
And here I thought it was the Nazis who enjoyed banning and burning things?
If the Republican Party maneuvers Trump out of the debates, I will never vote Republican again. I don't see how they stay viable if that happens.
Taxpayers pick up the bill for fat cat farmers too...
Agri-jerks hire illegals for a few months to pick crops them dump the illegals on welfare and food stamps for the rest of us to support the other 7 months.
We know their game.
Friggin lowlifes with lots of money and zero class. (Class is MORE than eating at fancy restaurants and knowing the right mustard to put on your frank... jerkoffs)
If this actually happens, I hope a large group of Conservatives and Trump supporters(not necessarily the same) decide to disrupt and shut down this process.
Enough GOPe debate flop sweat to fill a 55 gallon drum.
Bring it on!
I guess that statement only applies to situations where he disagrees with the purpose or intention of the intrusion. He certainly is not against arbitrary interference with other people's liberty to question totalitarian thought.
Not ready to endorse anyone, but I have repeatedly prayed for God's Blessings on Donald Trump & Ted Cruz for speaking truth to bullies.
I will not lower myself by saying on this thread what I would say to Mr. Jordan, should we ever meet. He is a discredit to American capitalism, and I will let it go at that.
Dear John Jordan,
Your game is up. Most of America is (finally) pissed off. Trump’s a mouthpiece we like hearing, especially when he’s over target and your ilk start squirming and whining.
Yes, and not enough people question it.
This bozo is the head honcho and financial backer of a political action committee (PAC) called "Americans for Progressive Action". This group has ties with Karl Rove...and even the name creeps me out. The name reminds me of the Progressive Insurance Company, a heavy TV advertiser with bolshevik commie left-liberal ownership.

Just driving home the point that donors run this party and not the voters.
It is illegal for employers to hire illegal aliens.
