Hillary Clinton’s run for the presidency is driven by a lust for power, a sense of entitlement, and enough conceit to fancy herself the best one for the job. But none of these insures her success. To drive Hillary’s engine of ambition back to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue will require both high maintenance and high-octane fuel.
To date, the Clinton campaign has been sputtering, even as her handlers insist it’s right on track....Clinton showed up on Roosevelt Island, in the middle of New York City’s East River, wearing a signature blue pantsuit. She clapped, waved, grinned, and pointed in supposed recognition to the small gathering of faithful. Bill was there in a bright red polo, trying to look inconspicuously supportive. Chelsea and hubby, Marc Mezvinsky, wore shades of white. Together their little family looked essentially like the America flag.

...Hillary knows that her base is so passionately loaded for Wall Street bear, they aren’t particularly bothered by the inherent hypocrisy of a rich woman whose wealth has been considerably enhanced by Wall Street cronyism; whose son-in-law, standing on the stage behind her, is a Wall street trader and hedge fund founder; and whose own daughter started her post-college career in the same lucrative trade. When pressed about the sizeable Clinton fortune, Hillary replied, “Bill and I feel truly blessed.”
Once a Republican standard-bearer is chosen, Hillary will likely ratchet up the fear rhetoric even further. She understands that a defeat in 2016 would spell her political doom. She would be a pariah in her own party, possibly ushering in a long Democrat power drought. Requests for her and Bill to deliver high-priced speeches would dry up as well. And the Clinton foundation would fall into deeper disarray. So what’s a woman running for president of the United States to do? Whatever it takes!

Just an odd question....but is there anything left for the Clinton Foundation if she comes up short in the primary or in the election of 2016? What favors can she or Bill provide? It’d seem to me to be an empty basket. What’s she got left for pension? Four years of State Department duty and eight years of Senator get you what for a pension....maybe $75k a year?
I so hope this blows up in her face, not that it would improve it, just sayin’

In case she loses and I hope she does as she is the embodiment of everything a human creature shouldn’t be, I keep a couple of bottles of champagne in the fridge and will celebrate never ever to hear about one of the members of the Clinton’s crime syndicate again.

the money coming in to the Clinton foundation might dry up, but with the amount of money it already has raked in, and with the paltry sums they pay out of it for their projects, i would think the Clintons won’t be dead broke for a long, long time. that is, unless they continue the lifestyle they have grown more than accustomed to as the Obama’s do.
the more salient question should be is where is all the money the Clinton Foundation has stashed, until it is dribbled out to “worthy” causes? Some investigative reporter, if they exist anymore, might find a minefield of UXB’s to help slow down the 2016 advance/ascendancy of HRC to the Casa Blanca.
of course, have the Clintons ever spent a dime of their own money? so, i’m sure they have a comfortable nest egg somewhere, considering Bill’s jobs as governor and president, and hillary’s years of toil as NY senator and Secretary of State.
Hillary’s purchasing Aide carries a credit card issued by an off shore bank that has been directed to pay the due balance monthly from an account from a consultancy firm paid by the Clinton foundation.
It is possible that there is at least one other off set, the firm receiving the payment is a subcontracting consultant to the consultancy receiving the direct funds from the Clinton Foundation
All the old Clinton crew has some similar arrangement for tapping the Clinton Fund for expenses and cash

I fear you’re right. Already takers outnumber makers & Hellary is out the starting gate already with 240 electoral votes (270 to win). She will waddle into the WH in 2017. Our radically transformed demographics have Teddy Kennedy laughing in Hell.
