Washington — An alliance of Asian American groups on Friday filed a federal complaint against HarvardUniversity, saying that school and other Ivy League institutions are using racial quotas to admit students other than high-scoring Asians.
More than 60 Chinese, Indian, Korean and Pakistani groups came together for the complaint, which was filed with the civil rights offices at the Justice and Education departments. They are calling for an investigation and say these schools should stop using racial quotas or racial balancing in admission.
"We are seeking equal treatment regardless of race," said Chunyan Li, a professor and civil rights activist, who said they'd rather universities use income rather than race in affirmative action policies.

Well, they’re not “racist”, as long as you are of the right race (Note: “Hispanics” are NOT a racial group. Polish people have as much claim if not more to being members of a particular special “race”).
This has been going on for years at most of the major universities. Nothing new here, as it is the only way to get people of color admitted in the quantities the liberals want.
Harvard isn’t racist. They say they’re not. Only totalitarians can tell you who is racist and who isn’t.

My daughter-in-law is a Harvard graduate and you would never know that they discriminate by looking at her yearbook. She stands out like a sore thumb being a blue-eyed blonde. If they do discriminate, it’s more likely that it’s against people like her.
My how ‘Haw-vawd’ has fallen. In almost 400 years, it has gone from an institution teaching Christian clergy, to a center of advanced learning, to a center of advanced politically correct, socialist indoctrination. Unfortunately, so has much of higher education in the West.

I notice Harvard defended itself by showing the % of Asian students increased
as if that relevant to the issue.
The problem with quotas is exceeding them for one minority group impacts another group.
