GOP consultant on hot seat over Rand Paul attack (Mitch McConnell playing a double game!)

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and senior Republican officials are calling out a GOP firm that worked on a seven-figure ad campaign lashing Rand Paul over his foreign policy views.

The problem? The firm’s co-founder is also working for a McConnell-backed super PAC that’s defending the GOP Senate majority in 2016, when Paul is also on the Senate ballot in Kentucky.

Last month, the Republican firm Black Rock Group was hired to do communications work for the Foundation for a Secure and Prosperous America, which bombarded Paul with a $1 million ad campaign calling him “dangerous” because of his positions on Iran. But Black Rock’s co-founder, Carl Forti, also works as the political director for American Crossroads, which has formed the Senate Leadership Fund, a McConnell-backed super PAC.

The awkward situation of Forti’s firm being paid to promote a political attack on Paul — while also trying to keep GOP senators like Paul in office — has prompted strong reactions in GOP circles.

See this is how it works, McConnell has the NRSC work to reelect incumbents. But for those incumbents he doesn't like, (like Rand Paul, who took out his preferred man in 2010, and Mike Lee, who took out Bob Bennet), McConnell uses his behind the scenes groups to destroy them.

For you see, all last year, they decried groups like the Senate Conservatives Fund and the Madison Project, who openly went after RINO Republicans. So they can't OPENLY go after conservatives.

McConnell is the most odious of men.

“A senior Paul aide added: “An ad shouldn’t be run against a Republican candidate for Senate by anyone who is working to help elect Republicans running for Senate.”

Thanks SO MUCH for helping to reelect McConnell, Rand! Great job!

Ha, in Mississippi they decided not to bother hiding it, I guess, because Barbour/Cochran openly, blatantly, and without shame pandered to black democrats and called a good conservative candidate (Chris McDaniel) a rayciss, in order to defeat him the primary.

American Traitor McConnell and the “people” of Kentucky
are the reason America and its Constitution are being
murdered by an impostor without so much as a SS#,
and why ISIS has invaded America,
and why America now is the creator of worldwide slavery,
rape, and crucifixion.

Yepper - I was disgusted as they took McDaniel out of the picture. The only real valid response is for us to start our own ganging up on various States to help the conservative minded prevail. The problem is that it takes action and money which seems to be "too hard" for many that want to bitch without engaging in tangible battle. It beats the doom-and-gloom message so many are turning out as their "contributions" to the fray.

And it was reported just yesterday that McConnell and Paul are conspiring to obstruct justice by stopping a subpoena to get the name of the person who filed fraudulently for a small business exemption for Obamacare subsidies, claiming the US Congress is a small business.

Seems like McConnell could be blackmailing Paul.

“Seems like McConnell could be blackmailing Paul.”

Yep——that is the System. Libido Dominandi——since the French Revolution. The “movers and the shakers” have understood the nature of man and how to get in their confidence (like in skull and bones group)-—so they will know how to blackmail them in the future. All it takes is for one to have “knowledge” of their weaknesses-—they can even actually lie now since they own the MSM and lies don’t matter anymore. The masses are so ignorant, they believe pure lies now.

It is quite easy-—the elite control MSM (all content) since 100 years and have programmed most people with TV and public school indoctrination so they just “feel” the truth-—because people are too lazy or too busy to find the truth themselves (original sources). It is Dialectical Materialism (producing frog in the pot of boiling water scenario)-——moving us into a totalitarian system where “Free Will” (choice) is destroyed (that which makes us in the image of God and why “God is Dead”)-—we are so irrational we believe “snow is black” or whatever they “tell” us—and we become their “happy slaves” (Fichte 1810)

The Prussian school system with John Dewey (Horace Mann kept Classical Education) destroyed “education” and implemented the operant conditioning of all children into moral relativism and ignorance so that they were easily distracted and controlled by their “vices”-—(easy to bribe and manipulate).......Libido Dominandi by E. Michael Jones.

BTW, Individualism and Dialectics were a Western Civ. idea. Individualism came only from Christianity and that is why Christians are targeted -—to destroy that worldview because it is incompatible with slavery and paganism/satanism (Collectives/irrationality) (it is the only worldview which got rid of slavery and pederasty as a “good”).

They need to destroy the Natural family, remove nurturing mothers and father role-models to emotionally cripple children so the State can have total control over their minds, so they will never flourish or be capable of individualism (Freedom) and have the Virtues embedded which are by observing and copying loving mother and father role models-—not purile peer modeling—group think institutions embedding “proper” emotions and habituating attitudes (boys are girls and thinking “outside the box” is evil).

Western Civilization and US Constitution will be obliterated in the minds of children who are raised in artificial environments (public schools and in front of TV) (dehumanization)-—they will be perverted and unnatural having normal human instincts, like the maternal instinct, destroyed. (It will be easy to kill your own genetic offspring and give the State or strangers your babies to “raise” (dehumanization) ). The Limbic area of the brain (primitive part) will have control over the minds.

Classical Education instills Virtue. It gives the tools for critical thinking. Today’s public schools have destroyed true education and use operant conditioning to control attitudes and emotions to flip Good and Evil (make slavery “good”.) Exciting Limbic “education” creates irrational human beings with no compassion and habituates “thinking” which is tribal. Just puerile vile human beings, reducing them to a interchangeable godless animal to be herded and culled at will by the Malthusians.

Rand Paul On Shutdown: "Even Though It Appeared I Was Participating In It, It Was A Dumb Idea"
I said throughout the whole battle that shutting down the government was a dumb idea. Even though it did appear as if I was participating in it, I said it was a dumb idea. And the reason I voted for it, though, is that it's a conundrum. Here's the conundrum. We have a $17 trillion debt and people at home tell me you can't give the president a blank check. We just can't keep raising the debt ceiling without conditions. So unconditionally raising the debt ceiling, nobody at home wants me to vote for that and I can't vote for that. But the conundrum is if I don't we do approach these deadlines. So there is an impasse. In 2011, though, we had this impasse and the president did negotiate. We got the sequester. If we were to extend the sequester from discretionary spending to all the entitlements we would actually fix our problem within a few years.

Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften war stance
...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said.

Rand Paul's immigration speech
...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.

Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.

Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.

If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...

This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

Rand Paul calls on conservatives to embrace immigration reform
Latinos, should be a natural constituency for the party, Paul argued, but "Republicans have pushed them away with harsh rhetoric over immigration." ...he would create a bipartisan panel to determine how many visas should be granted for workers already in the United States and those who might follow... [and the buried lead] "Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers...
