No. The Indiana Constitution permits state and local officials to be removed only “in the manner provided by law.” (Article 6, Section 8) There is currently no Indiana law to permit recall elections, although some other states do allow recall elections.
Can you recall the Arkansas governor’s son?
Seems that he’s the one who made the decision.
Arkansas requires signatures amounting to 35% of the people who voted in the previous election. They would need about 300000 signatures to force a recall of Hutchison
If there are no such laws in Indiana or Arkansas, then it’s up to the citizens to work with their state lawmakers to make such laws.
As a word of caution, citizens need to approve of recall laws as such laws have been rumored to actually protect lawmakers.
In fact, maybe we need a constitutional amendment that requires state recall laws to be approved of by legal majority voter referendum.
Push for more restoration of the recognition of our rights, and fight for them daily. Government can only recognize our natural rights, not grant them. It is up to us not to give them away.
Punishing politicians for being politicians doesn’t make sense, but supporting conservatives, especially in small local races raises the overall level of conservatives in government.

While I would support federal recall laws, such laws requiring constitutional amendments, the problem with the unconstitutionally big federal government boils down to the ill-conceived 17th Amendment imo.
State lawmakers foolishly gave up their voices in Congress when they ratified that amendment. So now, while low-information voters go home and watch football after voting for their favorite federal senators, they are oblivious to the following problem. Their beloved senators are actually working in cahoots with the corrupt House to pass bills which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear.
