If there are no such laws in Indiana or Arkansas, then it’s up to the citizens to work with their state lawmakers to make such laws.
As a word of caution, citizens need to approve of recall laws as such laws have been rumored to actually protect lawmakers.
In fact, maybe we need a constitutional amendment that requires state recall laws to be approved of by legal majority voter referendum.
