what we need are recall laws for federal elections, including the presidency.
While I would support federal recall laws, such laws requiring constitutional amendments, the problem with the unconstitutionally big federal government boils down to the ill-conceived 17th Amendment imo.
State lawmakers foolishly gave up their voices in Congress when they ratified that amendment. So now, while low-information voters go home and watch football after voting for their favorite federal senators, they are oblivious to the following problem. Their beloved senators are actually working in cahoots with the corrupt House to pass bills which Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear.
