The New York Times reports federal prosecutors are recommending felony charges against former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus for allegedly providing classified information to a civilian author and journalist with whom he allegedly had an affair.
Meanwhile, another controversy is waiting to boil over within the Obama administration: a sex scandal involving the CIA’s Petraeus. The timing is—intriguing. Only after the Benghazi attacks, as Petraeus’s loyalty to the administration falls into question, does everything turn sour for the spy chief.
In the immediate aftermath of the Benghazi attacks, Petraeus first draws ire from some administration colleagues for not reading from the Carney-Obama-Clinton-Rice book of fiction. While they’re pushing the spontaneous protest narrative, he’s disclosing full information on the suspected al-Qaeda links, to House Intelligence Committee members at a classified briefing, according to those present. Then the talking points his agency approves for public dissemination on September 14 say that the CIA provided warnings on September 10 that the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, could come under attack and that Benghazi was in a precarious state. Clinton’s state department sees the inclusion of that damning information in the CIA’s original proposed talking points as a “knee-jerk cover-your-ass moment” on Petraeus’s part. One official later tells me, “We thought, Why are you guys [Petraeus’s CIA] throwing us under the bus? . . . They made it seem like the State Department was given a warning they ignored. [But] no specific warning was given.”

I read her book “Stonewalled.” It is scary.
There are still good people in the DOD and the CIA.
They need to out the sonofabitch in the White House.
The DOJ is going after Petraeus to shut him up.
That is the Chicago Way.
It is time for the Chicago Way to be dropkicked by the American Way.
We know that the leaders of the mainstream media have largely been co-opted and corrupted by the Obama administration. They will not even attempt to break the high and soundproof stone walls that they have helped to build around Obama’s many scandals. These include Operation Fast and Furious, IRS political targeting, the intelligence agencies illegally spying on Obama’s perceived political enemies, and so on. Breaking the American Pravda embargo against truthful reporting is a lost cause.
But are there no actively serving (or even recently retired) military generals or members of the federal Senior Executive Service who retain a shred of honor? Who will place Duty, Honor and Country ahead of paycheck, pension, and self-promotion? Is there not one real hero left with stars on his shoulders?
Not even one?
13. A CALL FOR ANSWERS
General Petraeus, where is your book? Is your agent planning to release it in a few years to maximize its profits? Aren’t you already making a ton of money sitting on all of those boards? Only a coward and scoundrel (like a certain recent Secretary of Defense) would wait to release a book only after its information was too late to prevent disaster. And knowing what I now know, I would not be surprised to learn that threats had been made against your family in order to ensure your silence. After all, gangsters rule our government today. It’s the Chicago Way.
But General Petraeus, before your book finally comes out, possibly after many years, can you please answer two very simple questions? Put your answers on the public record now, instead of waiting for your book, when it’s too late to matter. As a man of honor, please answer these two questions sooner, rather than later.
1. Where was President Barack Obama on the night of the Benghazi attacks, hour by hour, dusk ’til dawn?
2. Does President Obama’s mysterious MIA status on the night when his “good friend” Ambassador Chris Stevens and the other Americans were being killed relate to his failure to grant “cross-border authority” for an external rescue mission? Necessary permission that only the president, in person, can give? Did President Obama literally hide, so that no external rescue could be mounted? A rescue that might have turned into a “Blackhawk Down” disaster just weeks before the election? General Petraeus, an honorable man would not hesitate to put these facts on the record.
The American people deserve to know exactly what kind of man their Commander-in-Chief is. The fact that years after Benghazi we still don’t know the answers to those questions indicates that we are far along in the process of losing our freedom, with the mainstream media and the intelligence services colluding in the establishment of tyranny.
History will judge us very harshly if we don’t find a way to stop Obama’s Garden of Beasts from fundamentally transforming the United States into a one-party socialist dictatorship, while we watch it happen, helpless to resist. We watch and we wait, like insects already injected with paralyzing poison and wrapped in silk, awaiting the spider.

The CIA/State Department Operation Arab Spring was blowing up so they have to cut the operatives loose. Patreaus set up an airlift operation to deliver arms from Qatar through Turkey to Syria. Arms were also being shipped from Benghazi through Turkey to Syria, which is what Amb. Stevens was helping with.
Gen. Patraeus is a disgrace to his uniform, and has no excuse for his personal complicity in egregious government corruption.
He had a small window of time to avoid 100% total personal dishonor and avoid becoming a national traitor, and he freely chose his own fate.
I hope he suffers greatly for his dishonorable silence.

You don’t even have to lay with them. All you have to do is turn your back for a moment.
Money Ideology Corruption Ego - that’s what the Chief Master Sargent told me years ago about the motivations for spying when I got briefed for my first security clearance. Same is true today. Petraeus screwed up. He and the lady both deserve jail. Then again, so do Zero and Holder, but for much worse offenses.

Goodness, nobama and his administration set the little arab woman up to seduce Petraeus. They knew everything he told her before he “retired” from the Army to head up the CIa. Now what is the nobama administration trying to hide? They have everything they needed to try him while he was in the Army. They’re tryhing to hide something.
Patton? I’d compare him more to the gallant old horse in Animal Farm that the pigs duped into killing the farmer, and then sold off to the glue factory.
Petraeus is in some trouble here. The chick set him up...
Broadwell is an Arab? First time I’ve heard that.
Petraus is no Patton for sure, but if he is silenced in a permanent manner - it has shades of another general assassinated to shut his mouth.
