In a wide-ranging interview with The Huffington Post's Howard Fineman, Glenn Beck took the opportunity to again blast conservatives critical of his decision to greet the recent wave of underage illegal immigrants with toys and hot meals. "I don't understand those who cannot see the plight of children," Beck told HuffPo. The border issue is one example. Beck took heat from fellow conservatives for his decision to distribute large amounts of relief supplies through churches and other organizations in McAllen, Texas, to undocumented children caught at the southern border. Sen. Cruz was at his side. Beck's view is that the law says they should not have been admitted and ultimately should not stay. But in the meantime he explains his response in personal terms. "I don't understand those who cannot see the plight of children," he said. "People come here because we have the rule of law, but no one wants their kids to grow up in a society that doesn't understand justice and mercy." The controversy began early last month, when Beck announced that he would provide soccer balls and meals as a way to "help care for some of the roughly 60,000 underage refugees who have crossed into America illegally in 2014." Outside of Beck's distasteful grandstanding and playing the victim with the claim that this would be "deadly to my career" (Beck reportedly makes tens of millions of dollars a year), he tore into conservatives who disagreed with him as looking "like they just want judgment" as opposed to mercy.

Beck and David Brock are getting married”
Notice that the children are also part of a biological warfare plot, since they are infected en masse with horrific diseases and NOBODY seems to care as they are bussed everywhere. Talk about a coverup!
I think if Beck looked down, way down, he’d see the shark he was over.
Who still listens to this ass??
“People come here because we have the rule of law”
We used to. This invasion ultimately changes that.
Rant on:
A strong society is only sustained by warranted trust. When the excesses of power and corruption gain too much traction, people lose faith in conservative values of self sufficiency and responsibility. We slowly...and then quickly, morph into a world of complete corruption where anyone who would live by honesty and responsibility are considered the fool. We all know that corruption is not ultimately sustainable and what we have now is an unchecked progress toward absolute tyranny driven by personal greed for power. I see no way this can be stopped from meeting its ultimate end. Those who would lead us to a survivable path are destroyed by politics or worse. We understand why there is such a backlash from conservatives. They know they are being played for the fool and will be left with the bill. Sure, many of us want to see our country survive as well, but we also know where WE will be left in this. So many want to concentrate only on the dollars, which are important, but what I think is far more important is how these dollars are changing behaviors and expectations. This is what actually defines who we are.
Rant off.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
Bless his heart. He’s so conflicted.
Am I a god/martyr god/martyr.
“What’s next? A slot on MSLSD perhaps?”
Think of the new converts to LDS.
Somebody told me he worships with the Morons. Is that true?
FUGB
For all his lecturing us about the history of socialism, Glenn Beck understands nothing. It is as if his producers handed him a script and he just read it.
"Justice", in the context in which Beck uses it, means :social justice", which is a socialist wedge phrase. Glenn Beck should know better, but obviously he never took the time to learn. Like his co-religionist Romney, when he starts extemporizing, he loses his way, since he has no philosophical grounding.
I wouldn't say that he is a libertarian. Like Romney, he has internalized a vague rendition of Mormon morality, covering it with an oft-times contradictory veneer of conservatism.
In addition, he may have been compromised. Where is the Beck who went after Soros?
He ‘IS’ a Mormon.
He ‘IS’ a Mormon.
Must be on the sauce again.
Guess he’s back drinking again.
Still waiting for Beck’s shills to show up in 3,2,1....Bueller?
Bueller?
Beck having trouble with the trees / forest thing?
