One of President Barack Obama's top advisers says the White House takes seriously the possibility that House Republicans could pursue impeachment of the president.
Senior White House adviser Dan Pfeiffer told reporters Friday that the GOP has already "opened the door for impeachment" by contemplating suing the president over his use of executive authority. He says that any further executive action Obama may sign this year on immigration will "up the likelihood" of Republicans pursuing that path.

I still prefer indictment over impeachment. We need to start filling those empty beds in our prisons that resulted from putting criminals back on the streets so they can vote for the DemocRATS this fall.

They’re just using the threat of impeachment to get out the vote for 2014.
Thinking about it, Impeachment would take away from the disaster that is Obama. He would spend all of his time carping about racism, right-wingers, an uncooperative Republican Congress, blah, blah, blah.
I’d much rather his entire tenure be repudiated with a non-Democrat House, Senate and Presidency in 2016. I’d much rather that history’s account of the “awesomeness of the first black President” be rightfully writ down as EPIC FAIL.
His hundreds of Executive Orders can be nullified. His minions can be fired at 12:01 January 21st, 2016 and that entire White House can be cleaned from his presence and his memory.

Even if the GOP does win the Senate, it would have only a small margin, far short of the 67 needed to remove a president under articles of impeachment.

It might be more honest to say, that Obama opened the door to impeachment. The GOP is just walking through it.
IMHO.......Impeachment is not the way to go!!! Getting rid of Obama only puts Joe Biden, the complete buffoon in the POTUS slot...not good!!!! The “Obama” problem, is really the Obama/Biden” problem!!! The “Obama/Biden” problem is really a Democrat party problem. End game.....Democrats either broom both Obama and Biden....or, they pay a very steep political price come the November, 2014 mid-term elections!!! They will most likely do nothing at all!!! Bad situation for the USA....self-inflicted...I might add! Remedy....voters...all, destroy the Democrat Party, politically this coming November, 2014!!!
Impeach Eric Holder first, Obama will be easier pickings once discovery is made as to the massive obstruction of justice the DOJ has undertaken to protect the corruption and lawlessness of this rogue administration.

Don’t you think if the House decides to pursue impeachment, the identity fraud with respect to the forged LFBC, the multpiple SSN’s assigned to Obama, as well as the forged Selective Service Registration form would come in as well?

My view of him is of a much longer term.
I want future children to giggle and laugh at his name and the utter fail that he was - at the socialist that he was - at the unbridled America-hater that he was. And at how he was ultimately defeated and how all his treachery was undone.
