I had a great time with sister and BIL, did some remodel work for their new home. Had a nice visit/breakfast with my daughter. I’m just going to shoot off illegal bottle rockets on the 4th and create mayhem, how about you?

Plans for tomorrow are still in formation - the only thing certain at this juncture is that we will grill thick New York Strips or Rib-eyes at close of day.

We will observe Independence Day ceremonially - which means that I will speak formally to Family MacNessa about the importance of this day, the importance of the sacrifice of the men and women who brought this Nation into existence, and the importance of its preservation as the Beacon of Freedom, particularly in light of the concerted attack on our Freedoms and way of life we now face.

We have had serious lightening and rain, but tomorrow looks good. My Bike Club will be having a big BBQ with fireworks.

I have a special “in” at a nearby seminary and plan on watching the big fireworks from the ROOF! LOL!
