The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced a $350 million “funding opportunity” on Friday for residential care providers of the thousands of illegal alien minors crossing the U.S. border unaccompanied by parents. According to HHS, recipients of these grants are required to provide these illegal young people with “family planning services” and to deliver care in a manner that is “sensitive” to sexual orientation and gender identity.
“Residential care providers are required to provide…family planning services,” says the grant announcement.
The grant document continues:
Residential care providers are required to provide or arrange for the program required services in a manner that is sensitive to the age, culture, religion, dietary needs, native language, sexual orientation, gender identity, and other important individual needs of each UAC [Unaccompanied Alien Children]. All services and assessments are required to be administered for all UAC even if they are in ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement] custody for a short period of time. Residential care providers are required to have the capacity to provide services in the language of the majority of UAC in their facility speak.
Residential care providers who are grant recipients must also agree to provide illegal alien minors case management services, educational services, family reunification and release services, group and individual counseling, individualized needs assessments and service plans, information about free legal assistance available to them, medical and mental health services, religious access, right to privacy, transportation, and visitation and phone calls.

Why are these alien attackers even being sheltered in the first place? Bus them over to the border and kick them out the same day they are aprehended
These so-called ‘children’ look to be mostly teenagers and young mothers and some real children mixed in with them.
I look at each and every one of them as an enemy sapper with a ‘social hand grenade’ hidden on their person.
This is all planned, orchestrated and choreographed right down to the clothes they wear. They have figured out the weak spot in all this so-called immigration reform are “those precious children who, through no fault of their own....blah, blah, blah.”
This mantra is used by the left to goad gullible RINOs into agreeing on some form of amnesty for “the children who, through no...blah” who in turn appeal to their base on humanity for the children...blah....
They are INUNDATING even our resources to deal with them on a TEMPORARY basis - forcing the government to dump them somewhere to let the States deal with it. What makes any one of these people think that the Federal Government or the States for that matter will be able to deal with them long term?
They are, in effect, enemy combatants and should be turned back at the border, or captured and bussed to the nearest Mexican border station and dumped.
Your solution applies only to a sane and rational world.
BTW ... This is how it's all going to unfold. At some point -- perhaps in the not-too-distant future -- I expect the HHS to come down with some kind of mandate that requires any organization collecting Federal money to help the prison guards load the boxcars heading off to Treblinka, Auschwitz, etc.

Folks I believe they want a NWO and this is the beginning.
If they are going to bend over backwards for these little foreign border jumpers I demand that first every poor and hungry AMERICAN child get free food, shelter, family planning services, free legal representation, and anything else mentioned above... all given to them by people who speak whatever language each of the American children want them to speak.

No, I’d not say the major political proponents (RINOs) aren’t totally complicit. However, this “children who, through no fault.....” mantra is specifically designed for those compassionate Republicans who ARE very gullible to that argument. It is designed to be that way.
As for all this ‘assimilated work force’ crap, the only assimilating this group will be doing is assimilating themselves into our welfare system and its cornucopia of choices.
Our government under Barack Hussein Obama aims here and through other initiatives to tear these “children” (and indeed all children of God) away from their mother, the Church (to whatever extent they heretofore may have associated with her), for the duration of their minority and, preferably to our glorious Government, permanently castigate them on the path of damnation.
Oh, by the way, I wonder...how many of these “children” are not Central American innocent teenagers but gangsters or, worse, Islamofascists? I recognize the possibility of conversion from gang life or secular humanism or Islamofascism to sanity, but our government obstructs the pathways of such conversion howsoever it dares so to do, minimizing an already low probability.

HHS doesn’t realize that it was family planning that produced the problem
Simply stated, mothers in Honduras planned to care for the success of their children by sending them to Arizona.
Let’s see how quickly the Obama lovers queue up to welcome one of these children into their homes.
Not just Catholic Services. Setting aside illegal immigrant aspect (which is being well-covered) the increasing administrative burdens of fostering children in general are keeping potential foster parents from actually doing do.
Even if I was inclined to foster, foster illegal children, and foster providing the legally and regulatorilly required level of care/services (including specialty care for children self-identifying as homosexual), the administrative requirements to prove I was meeting “standards” would be enough of a disincentive - alone - to keep me from doing so. Lot less paperwork involved in spending my free time fishing, right?
The way this is going, the only option is going to go back to ophanages. Which will be operated by large corporations. It simply won’t be feasable for individuals or small scale operations to carry the administrative overhead.
Apparently if you are a Cuban refugee child you get seized at gunpoint and sent back home without any legal process, but if you are a Mexican or Central American child you get to stay in the USA, instead of being reunited with your family.
Since when does our government not reunite runaway children with their parents? Answer - when the Democrats want pawns for their amnesty plans.
