Bush addressed a Manhattan Institute crowd along with Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI), who has also embraced amnesty legislation, and doubled down on his support for an immigration reform bill that the Congressional Budget Office determined would lower the wages of American workers while not securing the border.
"For the life of me I have a hard time understanding why people are fearful of our own heritage, our own history," Bush reportedly said. "The rules are you come to this country, you pursue your dreams, you create value for yourself and your families and others and great things happens to you and to our country. Why would we ignore that at time when we need to restart and rejuvenate our economy? It makes no sense to me."
Bush has said illegal immigration is an "act of love" and also is a huge proponent of Common Core. He has been relentless in promoting amnesty and pushing for Common Core as he ponders a 2016 presidential run.
A recent Washington Post poll found that a majority of Americans would not vote for Jeb Bush in a general election, and some attendees reportedly complained of Bush fatigue in an appearance in which Bush was well received by more moderate Northeastern Republicans.

It’s actually a misdemeanor, but it’s still committing a crime.
And therein lies the problem Jeb, therein lies the problem. Time to break out a favorite “He’s dead, Jim”.
He might run as as Democrat, and he could possibly win a place on the ballot as a Democrat.
But anyone who claims he is a Republican is abjectly stupid.
And I do mean stupid, as opposed to merely ignorant.
That includes Jeb Bush himself, and his non-Republican gop-e supporters, both the stupid ones, and those who are merely willfully ignorant.
Kind of like voting for another Bush makes no sense either.
I won’t even insist on a “true” conservative. I’d settle for a true moderate. The problem is, I can’t find any “moderates” who aren’t Democrat clones. Moderation does NOT mean giving the Democrats whatever they want with only a few, minor modifications (mostly carve outs for one’s constituents). Moderation means something in between the two extremes, like maybe an EPA that still exists but is tightly leashed or a Dept. of Energy that can only act in an advisory role. That’s moderation.
Hey Jeb, move to Mexico ya fool.
It would never work. It would be a constant battle over which one is the wife.
I don’t want to see another Bush either, but why would another Clinton be as good or better?

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.
Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.
Let's start that conversation by acknowledging we aren't going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.
If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...
This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.
Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

Except for one thing you might be right. Democrats have a check of some kind arriving in the mail each month, and they vote accordingly. If they aren’t ideologues, they vote their mailbox.
Not so these days. Americans who have gone to rut with foreigners in the past generation or so, have turned to treason, subterfuge, and designs of invasions and genocide against their entire former nation.

Not even Mrs.Bill Clinton has proven to be this strong of a Democrat.
In a “shotgun start,” I think Biden would give The Floriduh Jebber a run for his Welfare Money.
Democrat Chris Cristie is a dark horse, but is afraid of being the bridge between the National GOP-E and the Congressional Doormat Republicans.
BTW, winning the prize of being the first Black Woman President must be tempting for Soros as he contemplates “investing” in a MOOOOchelle- Susan Rice ticket for 2016.
