The White House on Friday touted the story of a staunch Republican who says hes getting the best coverage hes ever had under ObamaCare.
I am a staunch Republican, a self-proclaimed Fox News addict, and I didn't vote for the President, Mark Beard, a retired psychologist from North Carolina, wrote in a letter posted on the White House website. And I'm here to tell you that ObamaCare works. I'm living proof.
Beard said he was paying $428 a month for chemotherapy treatment and was upset when he got a notice from his insurer saying his plan would be canceled. But he said the plan he obtained through HealthCare.gov is now only costing him $62 a month. It's the best health care I have ever had, he said.
I may not be a supporter of the President. But now, I get mad when I see ObamaCare dragged through the mud on television, he continued. And even though I regularly tune in to conservative pundits, I'd like to tell them they're getting it wrong. ObamaCare works.

Still...who knows. And really the vast majority are in dire straits thanks to this monstrosity. Maybe he’s getting his health insurance paid by someone else but in the end the law will destroy our who health care system. And if he has cancer he ought to be worrying about death panels. It won’t be too long before he enters Ezekiel Emmanuel’s timeline section where “it’s time to die”.
ANd you say that the North Carolina Psychology Board has NO RECORD of Mark Beard?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
More “fake, but accurate” reporting.
This will be FOX News resident liberals (Colmbs and Beckel and Williams, etc.) new talking point for their beloved regime and commiecare. The parrots never do have an original thought that I can tell.
Great observation!
LOL!
Great summation.
Okay, I think I get it now. Except for special circumstances, he’s not eligible for Medicare coverage for another three years. But he decided to stop working early and let others (us) pay for his healthcare in the meantime.
Some conservative.
The article says his name is Beard, not Bearden.
“pothusmously” ?
I went yesterday to talk to an obama loving insurance salesman about getting my brother hooked up with insurance so he would not be a law breaker under the obamacare rules. My brother lost his job of 32 years during one of the obama “summers of recovery.” The only job he could find in the past 2 years since, is a 20 hour a week job at 9 bucks an hour at Food Lion. That puts him making less than 10 grand a year. The CHEAPEST policy this obamabot could come up with for him was 347 bucks per month. HOWEVER, if he could get another job that paid at least 11,500 per year, he could put him in a policy that cost 11 DOLLARS per month!..........OH, and he HAD to “CHANGE” doctors with that policy.
Maybe not...... perhaps he transitioned to medicare
I am a staunch Democrat, a self-proclaimed MSNBC addict, and I voted for the President several times in each election.
I am against 0bamacare, gun control, abortion, socialism, regulation and high taxes. /satire
So as long as he is one of the winners, this guy is happy with Obama’s wealth redistribution and with Obama picking who wins and who loses.
“Yay. He got somebody else to pay for his healthcare. Good for him.”
Exactly and likely someone who can’t afford their own also.
He’s retired but not on Medicare?
I wouldn’t doubt everything he says is true. The insurance probably works great for him. Of course, he’s not paying for the vast majority. Its all subsidized. Another voter bought off with my money.
“Mark Beard, a retired psychologist from North Carolina”
Show me his conservative voting record. Not too many of the touchy-feely types are registered Republicans. He says he didn’t vote for obama, but I’d wager he didn’t vote at all.
Whenever I encounter someone who insists they are Democratic, I ask them one question. If you have 20 democrats in a room, are you democrats or democratics? Shuts them up and they leave in a pissy rage.
...a self-proclaimed Fox News addict....

Well, there’s his first problem right there. Good place to get RINO/progressive garbage doled out by half-dressed blonde bimbos.
