We the people can nullify Obamas unconstitutional communist POS by simply refusing to submit. If the majority of the people dont sign up for it, it dies on the vine. In fact it wouldnt take anywhere close to a majority. Twenty to thirty percent ought to do it.
It's not going to work anyway. Socialism never works. We need to kill if it we want to save our constitutional republic!
No surrender, no retreat!!
Do not sign away your freedom!!
Do not submit to the godless leftist wannabe dictators!!
We are the resistance!!
Have no intention of signing up.
The legal justification for NULLIFICATION now already exists in the unchallenged state laws regarding Marijuana legalization, and Illegal Immigration.
Don't worry about those "leaders". If we start the movement, don't worry, they'll be along to take credit if their finger in the wind give the right reading.
What I'm really saying, I guess, is that they are no better than the bunch in Washington if they don't step forward.
That may be the case.
Jefferson noted a truth of human nature in the Declaration that most Americans pay no attention to, but it states the truth:
“all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. “
Americans are more disposed to suffer the evils of government tyranny that they have grown accustomed.
They justify accommodating it, and do not want their apple cart upset after they have learned how to exist and even prosper under such tyranny. They have grown comfortable with it, indeed nothing they think is worth the risk of interrupting their breads, circuses, streaming internet, cable and beer. To them, freedom means doing whatever one wants to please the flesh and to empower government to restrict everyone they do not trust with freedom.
That is why they do not want us to speak. They would rather suffer chains and misery than risk having real liberty - because real liberty would mean taking responsibility for that which they do not want to labor for.
So they would rather we all suffer evils, because they deem them sufferable.
They are the ones who will say nothing and maybe even applaud what Marxist regimes do to enemies of the state. Because their apple cart is more important than anything else in life.
That alone is worth a supreme court review when we are fined.
The IRS can “tax” me for not signing up for Obamacare (thanks to Justice Roberts, but they can’t force me to sign up (at least at this point in time), so I will not. I will work out cash payments with my doctors.
No - where would you recommend one start?
....”the cost alone of those policies (once the slow information voters get beyond the premium fees and figure out the deductibles and co pays) is gonna turn a lot of folks into resisters”.....
Who in their right mind would pay $300-600 a month for Obama Care that has a $4000 deductible,... Plus a Co Pay?... With no guarantee signing up will even reach your Insurance choice,... let alone the back-end where they funnel the payments, which last I heard isn’t even in place! Not to mention putting your information out there on a site already breached!
This is nothing more than the biggest Scam in US History and people are actually buying into it! Tells us just how dumb-downed people are!
Yep.
And the law forbids the IRS from punishing Americans who refuse to pay the personal mandate fine/tax too, unlike other Federal income taxes.
And Dems are scared to even talk about that mandate now.
Oh WOW! Great to hear how well you're doing!
Thanks for the ping greyfoxx!
Aren’t you on a company plan?
Companies have to comply to the new rules starting 2015 so their employees will know next fall what happens to their plans.
I’m sure Mitch McConnell is working hard on this.....his campaign ads say over and over that he is a conservative.
Bring back Tar & Feathering.
Dear Obama,
I refuse.
Excellent Jim. Glad to hear it.
Happy New Year...
Thank you very much, D1!! Happy New Year!!
Right behind ya!
