Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson has been fired from the reality program following his controversial remarks in GQ magazine regarding homosexuality.
A+E Networks, parent company of A&E, has released the following statement to Variety:
We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertsons comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series Duck Dynasty. His personal views in no way reflect those of A+E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community.
I’m curious, not how to contact A&E but how to contact the Duck Dynasticos (or however you say it) themselves.
It’s called making a stand and making a point.
They don’t have to worry about financial blow back.
They’re already filthy rich.
I see only a win.
Who’s gonna fill their hugely successful time slot on A&E?
Northern Exposure reruns?
As if.
“Please contact them and let them know why.”
Absolutely! As everyone should.
From the Fox news site that has more:
He slams four groups that “don’t have Jesus”. (Islam is one of them) Also realizes that he has a window now to spread the gospel, and that the show won’t be around forever.
The guy is a millionaire. He lives in a trailer (a nice one) you can tell he is getting tired of the show. I think he has been going on the show for his kids. Phil and Si are why I match.
We ditched satellite nearly 5 years ago. Haven’t missed a minute of it.
That power lasts until it runs up against serious believers who really know what it is to honor God in their bodies, and who will sacrifice rather than yield. Then it wilts!
Will this power be found in the Duck Dynasty brothers... dunno, I sure hope it will be though. Satan will get a big fat rebuke from God if so.
Tip of the hat to Phil Robertson for standing up for his Christian beliefs.
A&E just lost it’s meal ticket.
What A&E get out of the deal? Looks like they’ve bunged up the best thing to ever happen to them by p*ssing off millions of viewers.
The wording implies only the one man was fired (albeit John Podesta continues at the WH). The Duck Dynasty, A&E’s most popular show, should move their show to another outlet.
if a and e REALLY needs to cut its throat to spite its face..its going to be sending a very ANTI SOCIAL statement to its subscribers....
not a wise move I wouldnt think
This is the way the devil goes. Tries more and more until finally God says, enough. Then he gets a bloody nose.
TY
You don't......
The title is nothing more than a ploy to draw traffic to the site. There is absolutely nothing in the article that says he was fired........this thread needs to be zotted!
Clearly, if the other family members want to get released from their contracts all they need do is start quoting various verses in Leviticus and Romans.
Robertson added in the interview, It seems like, to me, a vagina as a man would be more desirable than a mans anus. Thats just me. Im just thinking: Theres more there! Shes got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what Im saying? But hey, sin: Its not logical, my man. Its just not logical.
Some lead, while others...well...

I agree. Can you imagine those cameras all over the place. You could tell he hated it. Remember the gay guy that went to the Robertson’s for the dogs or something. You could tell that Phil was getting to the breaking point. What could have happened is that Phil asked to be let out of the contract and A&E said “No” so Phil took it in his own hands to ensure he was done wight he show. The show will go on without him. I am sure that Phil will tell the kids to do the show for as long as they enjoy themselves.
