Sarah Palin and her political action committee have been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit over the use of an iconic 9/11 photo.
The newspaper publisher North Jersey Media Group Inc. is suing the former Alaska governor for posting a copy of the image on Palin’s SarahPAC website and her personal Facebook page without permission.
The photo depicts three New York City firefighters hoisting an American flag among the rubble at the World Trade Center after the 2001 attacks.
"The photo was pulled from Pain's Facebook page Friday, according to The Alaska Dispatch. It had drawn more than 140,000 'likes' and some 1,500 comments."
Is this the new ploy?

I’m not sure of the copyright regulations on this—but it seems to me I’ve seen the picture many times. And I’m sure Sarah is smart enough to cover all her bases.

This was the photo they were going to make a statue out of but the liberal fascists demanded the races be changed to one white one black and one Hispanic so they said F it and called it off.

LOL. :) It sounds like she has quite the fanbase.
Sarah is media savvy, smart, beautiful. I probably sound like a guy :) but I’m a 50 year-old woman who really admires her.
I can’t remember who it is, but someone has a Sarah ping list; perhaps someone could ping that person. Don’t have access to question marks because my kids have made this a French keyboard. :(

This should be seen as an image of public domain, i.e. the statue of liberty. The French are not suing Americans for that image, right?
