Too late, leftholes. Sarah wins again!

"The photo was pulled from Pain's Facebook page Friday, according to The Alaska Dispatch. It had drawn more than 140,000 'likes' and some 1,500 comments."

Is this the new ploy?

Sue her out of existence like they did in Alaska?

Full title: “Sarah Palin and her PAC slapped with federal lawsuit for using iconic 9/11 photo from Ground Zero without permission”

You have got to be joking me?

That photo belongs to one particular person?

And they are insane enough to deprive any American of its use?

Gibbs head slap x2...

So true.

I’m not sure of the copyright regulations on this—but it seems to me I’ve seen the picture many times. And I’m sure Sarah is smart enough to cover all her bases.

The world would be better off with a President Palin.... :)

This was the photo they were going to make a statue out of but the liberal fascists demanded the races be changed to one white one black and one Hispanic so they said F it and called it off.

I hope Sarah runs in 2016 in a completely new and grassroots way.

This iconic picture of firefighters raising the stars and stripes in the rubble of Ground Zero was nearly excluded from the 9/11 Memorial Museum — because it was “rah-rah” American, a new book says...

This should be seen as an image of public domain, i.e. the statue of liberty. The French are not suing Americans for that image, right?

The picture was taken by an employee of The Record, owned by North Jersey Media Group. It is private intellectual property and cannot be used without permission, most particularly by someone with whom the owners disagree politically. Exact same principle as a painting, book or software code.

This is not something conservatives should disagree with. It’s their property. If conservatives disagree with how they want it used., they should get together and buy the rights, not appropriate someone else’s property for personal use.

The web has made it extremely easy to swipe images, text, etc. That doesn’t make it right or legal.

It is entirely possible Sarah didn’t realize this was private property. When pointed out to her, she apparently took it down, which was the right thing to do.

I just shared that picture on my Facebook page thus informing my friends how the left is targeting Sarah Palin.
How much are we gonna take friends, before we start really standing up and taking action?

More ankle biting...it's yet another baseless, frivolous lawsuit that should immediately get tossed out of court, especially since there was no commercial intent.

Fair Use
