From Lee Stranahan, Breitbart News: A coalition put together by Dream Defenders took over Florida Gov. Rick Scott's office in Tallahassee on Tuesday to demand a special legislative session that they say will address "the issues at the center of the Trayvon Martin tragedy." The coalition contends that "stand your ground vigilantism, racial profiling and a war on youth that paints us as criminals and funnels us out of schools and funnels us out of schools and into prison" is part of the culture that lead to the tragedy. Governor Scott was out of the office and not expected to return today. Dream Defenders says it plans to occupy the office as long as needed. The group has engaged in sit-ins in the past that have lasted three days.

Thanks, but I was thinking more of the taxpayer money spent to help foment demonstrations way back in April 2012. 0' made the son comment around the same time as the DOJ sent paid rabble-rousers to FLoriduh. Sounds like there may be more DOJ accounts funding something here...
Gov Scott, if I may, I offer to you the media statement for this “protest”:
“The Florida justice system, instituted by the great citizens of this State, has heard the evidence and provided a just and fair sentence as shown by the decision of 6 members of the jury agreed to by both the State and Mr. Zimmerman’s defense counsel.
“Those who wish to continue to attempt to negate this action of American justice by continuing to show their contempt for the rule of law and both the US and Florida Constitution prove themselves to be social mal-contents with no assembly or grievance rights.
“That said, anyone who continues to militate against a proper and agreeable execution of justice in this proceeding is, by definition, guilty of public trespass. I request that the Florida Department of Public Safety remove these “malcontents” and, if warranted, arrest them for trespass upon the people’s property.
“Y’all have a nice day.”
The complaints are specious and mostly just a re-hash of the usual whining by those who insist on playing the victim to excuse poor choices and bad/illegal behavior. The self defense laws are reasonable and if thugs don't like them that simply validates their value to the law-abiding citizen, in Florida or elsewhere.
I would say their is black anger, however I’m not sure some of the inner city thugs are capable of organizing a protest. Hence the need for community agitators.
How about this? Change your attitude and behavior so you are NOT criminals, and try college or employment instead of prison.

My theory, too. All of the sudden the media is now focusing on black on white assaults and murders SINCE the Zimmerman verdict. Those who are informed know they have been happening for some time and the press wouldn’t touch it. The are willing to sacrifice a few more “saints” in order to control guns that are being used in self defense.

If Rick Scott hadn’t kissed the Race Hustler’s asses in the first place, this Kafka-esq trial would not have happened. These people could have had their riots a long time ago.He wimped out and gave them the kangaroo court trial.

By holding a show trial that was destined to end in acquittal, he gave them a year & a half to foment more hate and anger. Thus ensuring a bigger explosion than would have happened had Zimmerman not been charged as should have been the outcome.
Oh, I see, if he really cared he would have skipped the trial and gone straight to the hanging.
A saying that so aptly applies to these embarrassing efforts to placate the racists and race hustlers:

When a herd stampedes, you never know when or toward what that stampede will turn. If I am in a store and a herd of ferazl vermin storm in and threaten my life, I will use as many rounds as I can fire off to stop the stampede in my direction. You cannot know in advance that these feral vermin will just break things and steal things. There are knockdown games afoot. I don’t intend to take that attack without defending myself the best way I know how.

I’m sick of the reorts that blame the “tragedy” on racism/ guns/ self defense!
Number one, the tragedy was that GZ got tried for any crime, let alone murder.
Secondly, the issue that led to the death of TM is a 17 year old young man casing a neighborhood then violently attacking an adult keeping watch.
There is a valuable lesson to be learned here, but Zero and his complicit media are waging a dishonest and dangerous propaganda campaign to undermine our rights rather than address the real problems.
These people will never recognize their responsibility to respect other people and the property of other people.
It’s time to grow up and stop complaining about how mean whitey is for standing up to thugs.

The irony here is that corrupt school cop boss where Martin was attending high school revised the rules to make criminal actions an internal discipline matter rather one referred to the cops.
The result was that Martin WAS kept in school and WAS kept out of prison ... key events in the chain that resulted ultimaty in his death
If it were sincere black outrage it would have started ten minutes after the verdict was announced.
...twenty years or so ago that might have been true, but not today...organized coordination is much easier today, and a couple of days, or a week or so is about the time frame demanded to achieve a more substantial effect...
