Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

O’Mara skillfully kept 2 white women on the jury whom the persecution(sic) had attempted to get rid of. O’Mara challenged the prosecution to show that they weren’t being kept off the panel because of their race, which prosecution could not do. Also, as you hinted at, 2 blacks who lied about/concealed their advocacy for the Trayvon camp were kept off—that was a close one.
Even the prosecutor is trying to stay awake.
Good morning, bfl
they are setting up his bona fides
yeah, it can be boring
his voice doesn’t help because it is they kind that can put you to sleep
his “accent” doesn’t help either.
Thanks so much!
Getting ready for a doctor’s appointment at 11:30. Of all days! ARGH!
Why is this jamoke testifying? I though they weren’t going to allow voice analysis?
“I am a technical person. Nakasone cant speak English and is talking way over the jurys head. Hes putting me to sleep. The jury has to be saying WTF.”
He is speaking ‘Asian English’ compared to “Rachel Jeantel’s ‘articulate’ use Of ‘Black English’”.
:o/
LOL...they’re good!
I’ll eat my mouse if that happens.
bumpity bump.
He is actually a defense witness, who will testify that it is nearly impossible to determine who did the yelling from the recording. The Prosecution has called him in an attempt to appear “open”. The Prosecution’s star audio analyst was disallowed because of his use of dubious pseudosciene, through which he determined that TM did the screaming.
The prosecution has employed this strategy many times, calling the defense’s witness in order to get in pre-emptive questions to discredit the defense, then trying to dismantle their own witness on re-direct after the Defense gets helpful testimony.
The jury has to be going “What...the....hell...???”. This guy’s testimony is, so far, unintelligible and incomprehensible as to the point he’s hopefully going to arrive at. I think the state is hoping to baffle them with bullshit on this one...lol.
And now the witness is discounting his own analysis on this voice comparison case. Again, the prosecution appears to be working against itself. But since I don’t trust them, I suspect they must have something up their sleeves on this particular bit of testimony.
Did he just say ‘Ok, this guy very very old, 30 or 35, .....”
Most of the people that have heard about this case (and who hasnt?) have already made up their minds as to Zs guilt or innocense.
I’ve been on his side ever since. And the more I learn, the more I knew I was correct to make that flip.
LOL @ “jamoke”, I’m adding that to my vocabulary. BTW an ad on dictionary.com tells me that sale-fire.com has the best prices and fast shipping on “jamoke” so there’s that too.
LOL....then Nakasone must think that he is ancient.
This was defense witness who said you could not scientifically tell. Too many variants
They are running TV commercials while this guy is speaking on CNN. Even the shill legal analysts are sayin WTF. This is both hilarious and sad at the same time. Bring on the clowns.
this technique appears to be bolstering the case of the Defense instead of bolstering their own case.
