The Prosecution’s star audio analyst was disallowed because of his use of dubious pseudosciene, through which he determined that TM did the screaming.
The prosecution has employed this strategy many times, calling the defense’s witness in order to get in pre-emptive questions to discredit the defense, then trying to dismantle their own witness on re-direct after the Defense gets helpful testimony.
this technique appears to be bolstering the case of the Defense instead of bolstering their own case.
