Judge Napolitano explained that the government has granted itself this sweeping authority without a national debate about how much privacy Americans are willing to sacrifice...

He said the government wants Americans to sacrifice liberty in return for the promise of security...

we cannot spread our agenda by force , we have to get into positions of power and influence

Karl Marx and boy teachers, the schools, media, press have been taken over which now has given them the platform to get their radicals into power and now we have a massive info gathering by spying and still the stupid party defends this because of the so called keeping American safe

BS. I’m not losing the “moral high ground”. I didn’t vote for this. I assume you didn’t either. It’s about time to stop blaming Bush don’t you think.

I’ll take each issue as it stands, without ceding the argument to anyone just because they say “Bush did it too”

A year or so ago, Roberts was photographed taking a secret vacation to some kind of castle in Malta WITHOUT his family. He looks really upset in the photo, as his business there was most likely dubious in nature.

Regarding FNC, I cannot believe what I am hearing on today's show of The Five. All of the turds (Gutfeld in particular) are decrying the decisions of Snowden and subtly supporting Obama's Orwellian machinery. It's really disgusting to see them turn against Snowden, but Beck has his back. I wonder what kind of manure the NSA has on The Five?

Bingo, I wonder what kind of phone calls they got this morning. No way Gutfeld really acts this way without some kind of shadowy prodding.

I’m sick of this crap, earing so called conservatives and liberaltarians attacking this guy while defending the spying on this country.

Talking points are out and talking heads are out to fool the sheep., bottom line, what he did was break the law, however he broke the law because the feds broke the law and yet the stupid party is attacking the messenger and not the govt.

As for Perino and other fools like her , then you say it’s alright because you use the big Govt crap of keeping Americans safe , well guess what , that does not mean you spy on all of us and listen in to our phones Holder.

What we have on both sides is a Big Govt Orwell fools , because it is they who are in power and want to keep the power and to hell with us peasants,

WELL SCREW YOU, check the 4th and for every action there is a reaction and if the govt was breaking the law then this kid would not have done what he did.

Exactly too what secrets did he give away because all I hear is he;s a school drop out, WRONG, he;s just a kid, yes with balls, he;s given away secrets and hurt the country , what secrets?

You got it. Was totally disgusted with gutless Gutfeld. Guess there is no limit to how “safe and secure” the government can make us feel.

Gutfeld is a LINO - libertarian in name only.

Apparently to the 5 you are only a whistleblower if you blow your whistle on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of one of OweBowMao’s tanks.

Here is what would have happened. The feds would frog march him off in chains in his orange suit with yellow stripes and MSN would air it 24/7 making him look like Tim McVeigh.
He would never have been given the opportunity to express himself so eloquently as he did from Hong Kong.

Edward Snowden knew he had more free speech rights in Hong Kong than in his own country.

I think it’s very important to remember that this so called promise of security IS a false promise. The idea is to get Americans to willingly give up their freedoms because the one world government WANTS America to relinquish her sovereignty.

Agenda 21 wants us to be gun free but previous administrations struggled with doing so due to the constitution and the American People’s hold on it. Now we have a fake president who doesn’t give two chitz about America or her people, or her constitution, and who has no cares about violating ANY of it.

He and is ilk have no qualms about taking this nation apart and We the people have been a law abiding, peaceful people which on one hand is our strength as a nation, but also our weak spot.

We’ve known relative safety and security in this country since before 911, unlike other nations. We expect a cooperative relationship with our government and our part of that cooperation is to be law abiding, and to allow those whose job it is, who are trained and good at what they do, to do their jobs.

But somewhere along the line, the line got blurred to where instead of protecting our freedoms, they feel now, a need to protect their POWER. And to do the bidding of this one world government in an effort to be a ‘team player’ on the global scale.

The younger folks in this country aren’t complaining about loosing privacy, or guns, or the right to decide what to feed themselves. They just want a store to get the stuff to pacify themselves. It’s us older folks who are doing all the bitter complaining over the loss of rights and freedoms but soon, that won’t be a problem because we will be exterminated. Obama care is just one step toward that process.

They will win. It might take a few years, or maybe it won’t, but they WILL have their way...for a short time. Absolute Power corrupts absolutely, isn’t just a worn out saying. It will be an even MORE corrupt government which rules the world, than the one we have over our heads in our own country, today. And people will have even LESS say over their lives, and NO influence over their government. Most of the nations will give themselves over to this beast in the making. He’s ALMOST finished being built. But, he has feet of clay and he won’t stand for long, at all.

That, my fellow freepers, is the good news. His foundation is faulty. The building will crumble just like the twin towers did, and there will be even less left of it with the dealing’s done. This beast forgot he actually does have someone bigger and more powerful than himself, to answer to.

But, he’ll find out the hard way.

War on terror is used to scare the freedom out of us.

If it was a true concern, they would monitor who is coming across the border and secure it, track foreigners... who over staying student visa or don't show up to class, Boston bombers, Saudi nationals....

I wouldn’t blame the stupid “party”. It’s the stupid “people” from both parties.

If the government really wanted to make us safe all it would have to do is close the borders to all muslims, deport the ones who are here and destroy all the mosgues. It isn’t Baptists who were trying to kill us.

He didn’t expose the government doing anything “wrong”. The courts gave the government permission. All Snowden did was tell the public what the government is legally doing.

As for the “five”, I can only assume if someone told the five fakes that a mean person was planning on (fill in the blank __________) them, they’d want the informant arrested. I would have used a certain word that starts with “k” and ends with “ing” but I don’t want a visit.

Very well said. But from the polls I’ve read the majority of people over 50 are all for giving up freedom for security.

And what these young folks are too dumb to understand is they will see their parents destroyed. Then will one day they will be old folks.

agree with every word.

Close the border and check who is here is keeping us safe, not spying on social enemies of this administration .
