Absolutely impossible for low level folks to do this without a command from the top.
I want those employees subpoenaed by Congress, and before they testify, make it very clear what will happen if they lie.

Its a hate crime , a violation of the Civil Rights Act. The IRS also was instructed to BOTL for Jewish Organizations as well. based on race.
A special prosecutor needs to be appointed.

I hate to admit it but the Benghazi hearings aren’t going to amount to much. But this crap at the IRS, on the other hand, could be enough to really make the administration squirm.

Some low level government drone will be thrown under the Obama Bus,publicly but will quietly be given another government agency job and nothing further will come of this.
Over half of the irs is affirmative action employees. The irs is a great big welfare program masquerading as a government agency.

I hope somebody follows the form used to question the organization. In the Government all forms used must go through an approval process. It is given a number. Did these forms have that number? If so, than a reviewer would have to have approved it and that reviewer would be at a high level. Regardless, who created the form? That might give some input into the whole who dunnit!
Somebody needs to get these “low level” employee’s before a Special Prosecutor with pending charges of “abuse of Government power”. I think they will admit who put them up to this.
They were targeted for using the term “Patriot”? I know quite a few members of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and they use that title for one another.
I hope the pResident did not order them targeted too.

The groups were singled out for audit and investigation because they used the names “Tea Party” and “Patriot.” Yet in July 2011, the IRS had warned employees to drop audits of donors to similar 501(c)4 organizations.”
The order was to drop audits of donors to 501(c)4’s. There are many 501(c)4’s on the Left. By targeting those seeking 501(c)4’s on the Right, they throttled donors on the right. These two things are not contradictory.
