I bet that judge won’t be talking to any reporters and reporters will be told by the White House to stay away from her.

"The FBI had no idea they were sending over the judge, the prosecutor, the federal public defender;"

Why would the FBI, or anyone for that matter, be shocked at this? It’s called damage control.

I’m shocked they were shocked. They have had more than four years to figure out who they now work for.

Did this judge just take it upon himself or did Obama & Holder send him?

Miranda WARNING.
The rights were always there, the decision was that the police had to WARN you that you had those rights before they started asking you questions.
The decision conveyed no rights. It compelled the police to WARN you that you had the right to not talk to them - which is ALWAYS a good idea.

Sounds like typical Obama. Announce he won’t be read his rights, then send someone to do it.

Perhaps when islamic terrorists cause enough suffering to liberal families, maybe, just maybe, the libtards will begin to wake up to what risk we are facing as a nation.
Who know what this little monster in a hospital bed could have said within the 48 hour period to help? What if he could have provided information to prevent another attack?!

Let’s just say they have an insurmountable lead.

Doubt it. To give up “liberalism” is to give up “I’m a good person, really I am”.
They won’t do it.
