Obama will get whatever he wants. We no longer have anyone to vote for. We no longer have any representation. The GOP is merely there to keep their job and pretend there is an opposition.

Many churches — particularly many Protestant churches — are being kept afloat by their nursery schools. If Obama gets his way and public prekindergarten is offered to (or mandated for) all American kids, church nursery schools will close, and the churches they’re attached to will close soon thereafter. How much you want to be this is exactly what the left wants to see happen?

It was really the first time we had to listen to someone besides our parents and relatives. This was a very close neighborhood school. They raised the flag every morning. We said the pledge. We were respectful because that's what our parents taught us AND it was common sense.

I started at 3 years 11 months, my birthday was in early October. I was the youngest of four children and I really felt that mom wanted me out of the house so she could get some rest. Kohler Village in 1946 was a very ethnic German community and the Kohler Company contributed considerable money to the local school system. The result was that kindergarten was more of a day care system, with an eye toward "socializing" the children. The effort was in getting them used to working in groups as opposed to today's emphasis on more academic efforts.

Thank God my nieces are nephew are out of that stage. Their children, if they are allowed to have them, are going to be living in Biff/Potterville.
