Just hung up, well, they hung up on me, from someone called "Tea Party Patriots".
Of course they wanted money, touted the Constitution, etc.
I told this woman the most important thing right now is the 2nd amendment, and where in these few issues she was spewing about fell.
She started to speak of the Constitution, etc....I cut her off stating they are trying to take away our guns. Registration leads to confiscation; hence, termination.
She skirted around this but I would not allow her. I again asked her WHERE does the right to bear arms fit in and again, she gave me the run around.
I advised her if she wanted to make any progress with her "phone calls" that should be the #1 issue.
I reminded her once again....registration leads to confiscation.....then termination.
She hung up on me.
Anyone get any similar calls?
Buyer BEWARE bump!
Let me ask you one question. Is the State Trooper that calls you to ask for donations and sends you a sticker run by DPS?
“Ah but you would call teaparty.net which has help from former Herman Cain campaign manager Niger Inns, Radio Host Rusty Humphries, and Kevin Jackson as just trash.”
I’m glad you mentioned that. Innis and J.D. Hayworth are advisors (recent) and they’re on the right track. Humphries seems to be a watercarrier for the entire cabal. I don’t know about Jackson. It’s all quite confusing. All I know is, the association this tea party has with Norquist is NOT good and they refused to give Spencer the award the cpac attendees voted for him unless he agreed to not criticize the muslim facilitaters Norquist and Khan.

Tea Party Patriots is totally useless. All they talk about is the budget and financial issues, but they either ignore immigration, or are pro-amnesty, seeing it as a dreaded “SOCIAL ISSUE!” despite the fact that illegals cost the U.S. $113 billion every single year - more than ObamaCare. I get nowhere with them either, like this poster. I don’t know why Mark Levin pimps them endlessly, unless they are an advertiser.
That poster would be me! Apparently they have a “talking points” memo they stick with. Anything outside of that, they hang up on you....after rudely interrupting your questioning!
AuntB, you are chock full of valuable info! Booking marking for your knowledge. Thanks! =)
I don’t do wiki.
Seems like they are stepping up their phone calls. Do you still have the caller ID from them?
You are welcome, NoGrayZone. We need to disclose those who pretend to be on our side.
Seems to be the “tea party groups” are vamping up their calls.
I used lower case because they are NOT us.....Tea Party.
I have NEVER received a call from Tea Party Express, which is the only one I trust because it is hip to hip (siblings) to FR.
My 1st Tea Party was on 4/15/09 in NYC. I must say, I felt like a hippie!
It was huge! I did have an officer try to stop me because I had a sign. He grabbed it because “signs weren’t allowed”. I did not let go.
An “argument” of sorts broke out and a crowd started gathering.....ALL stating this officer was preventing me from my right to protest. His partner said to “let her go”. The officer trying to grab my sign away gave the excuse of some big cheese was down at the gathering and he didn’t want to get in trouble.
Personally, he looked muzzie to me. His partner was NOT down with what he was doing.
I must say, it was a little frightening to face off with an officer of the law, in whom I’ve always respected and have shown respect to.
The actions of his partner somewhat gave me comfort, as well as the crowd gathering around coming to my defense, lol.
Guess what......I WON!!! Pun intended =)!
If you are getting spammed, then I would think that it isn’t really them. Somebody else is pretending to be TPP in order to get your money. Again, this is why I don’t like to donate money to organizations who call me, because there’s no real way to know who they are exactly.
They did follow up their call with me by sending me a donation envelope received in today's mail.

Thanks, Montag813, these are the questions that concern me as well.
Here’s another thing....if you get signed on for email of one of these outfits in this ‘ring’, you get them all! I contacted one and now I get email from all of them ....teaparty.net, TPNN, Western Pac, ATR, and 3 or 4 Stockmans, including Dustin...it’s all a big scam...just today the ‘tea party patriots’ fund raising emails started.
I keep replying to all of them asking, “How did I get on your mail list??” NO answer, ever!
As far as I know teaparty.org seems okay. Let me know otherwise!
She probably was not a Tea Partier. She is was probably a fund raiser who had nothing to with the Tea Party. She only knew the script from which she was reading.
Oh really. Can you scan or take a photo of it and post it online?
The more info we can get out about these imposters, the better.
You are correct, which is why she got so impatient with me and just hung up!
But here is their "office,", the only address I could find for them was a suite "E" addy at AIM Mail Center. Anyone can get a suite addy there.
California Office: Tea Party 24338 El Toro Rd, Suite E-108 Laguna Woods, California 92637
They have a link to a DC office on their site, but going to it has "coming soon"
A lot of these groups, The Tea Party dot net, Tea Party, Tea Party dot orh, Tea Party Patriots capitalize on the "tea party" phrase in their name so it seems that they are the Tea Party. Them. The Tea Party. Pretty clever. A lot of people look and seem to think, Oh, they are the Tea Party!

How do we get this straight and get it to people to stop this scam? It will destroy the real grass roots ‘tea party’ I’ve asked all the ‘tea party’ groups to denounce the obvious hi jackers of the tea party label. They won’t. Tea party.net raked in over a million $ last year running this scam, then ran their expenses through their other entities. Just like Grover does!
Bitter Enders, Unite!!! Guess who’s behind the latest amnesty push???
