Gay Marriage: Why the Supreme Court Should and Likely Will Let the People Decide

The Obama Administration’s argument failed to persuade anyone. The only thing the high court seemed to agree unanimously on was that no one considered the Obama Administration’s stance on the issue convincing. The administration’s brief calls “for the nullification of the gay marriage bans now in place in California and the seven other states that forbid gay marriage while allowing civil unions.” Essentially this position asserts that for those states which allow civil unions they will be forced to grant full marriage. It takes no position on states that have no benefits for same-sex couples. Several Justices vehemently challenged the Solicitor General when he made the administration's argument before the court. Justice Sonia Sotomayor stated, "General, there is an irony in that, which is the states that do more have less rights." Chief Justice Roberts asked, “So it's got to happen right away in those states where same-sex couples have every legal right that married couples do -- But you can wait in states where they have fewer legal rights?"

Although such a ruling would benefit those couples in civil union states it would greatly hamper progress for those in states that have no benefits for same sex couples. It would then force states to decide between granting marriage to gay couples or granting nothing at all. While ideally marriage would be granted to these couples, it is undeniable that civil unions are a significant step forward, and that it is much easier to pass laws of this nature (as illustrated by the 8 states that have civil unions, but not marriage). This could result in hampering progress in certain states.

Not true. Some states passed it because of the agitprop and the suppressing of the truth in public schools and the promotion of sodomy in all TV and movies.

There should be no “Right” to sodomize anyone since Rights in US law comes from ONLY God-—and the majority votes do not have the right to dehumanize babies and make them commodities and deny them their unalienable right to their biological parents.

Natural Law states that the primary DUTY of a human being —besides self-defense —is to protect their offspring and raise them to be productive, healthy human beings, not sell them to the highest bidder.

Using any human being for selfish lust or to dehumanize them—as the Vice of sodomy does-—can never be promoted in a “Justice” system—since Justice is a Virtue and promoting public Virtue is the only reason for government (Justice).

No.....government does NOT belong in the bedrooms.....by forcing sodomy “laws”-—they never went into bedrooms-—they just were arresting people in public bathrooms and parks, etc. Sodomy is usually a group, anonymous activity, since before the Ancient Greeks. It was very public and orgies with children (mainly boys) were the norm.

Yes, any “married” people who are sodomizing each other in public bathrooms or parks should be arrested.

By the way, the Lawrence vs. Texas was a set up-—homosexual agenda to remove sodomy laws which should still exist because of disease and costs to the public and it is unnatural and we are a country which has a legal system based on “the laws of nature and nature’s God”. Vice should be outlawed—as murder is outlawed. Just because people always indulge in evil acts—doesn’t make it “good”.

Sodomy is dehumanizing—no matter who does it to whom. Even the Ancient Greeks knew this-—that is why homosexuals always used boys-—grown men would be ridiculed if they played the passive partner who is just masturbating the participant. It is evil.

BTW, sodomy was only popularized by Kinsey in the 40’s and later by The Beats in the 50’s with Hugh Hefner who was mainstreamed.

The courts (with Marxists) removed obscenity laws and university students were forced to read The Beats-—homosexuals wrote the vulgar, degrading junk—one wrote about “hanging boys with e******* “ while raping them. Parents sent their kids off to college and had deviants plying cr*p to their kids and calling it “education”.

The vulgar movies (made popular by the Hollywood elites (who were raping the Corey boys) wanted sodomy to be normalized and with the help of “Deep Throat” movies-—it was-—and then Bill Clinton made oral sex a little joke for little boys so then it was-—oh—everyone commits “sodomy” and always has-—even though herpes and other diseases were very rare prior to the 70’s except in homosexual circles.

This was all planned by Marcuse and the Cultural Marxists to use sex-—which is a powerful instinct—particularly in men-—to remove modesty and promote pornography to create immoral people.

Destroy Virtue, you destroy culture. Everyone should know that it is NOT possible to be free when you destroy Virtue in children-—that is what our schools are doing with Lukacs” Sex Ed and promotion of “Pride” in sodomy to destroy Christian Ethics and replace it with pagan/occultism.

You destroy marriage and families, and children are left without a strong mature male role model which will warp their normal sexual identity formation. Without strong moral men, you will dissolve as a society. You can see the emasculation of men today everywhere you look. TV promotes immaturity and evil 24/7 so all children will be corrupt and conditioned to destroy all long lasting relationships-—that which is needed to create emotionally healthy children. They want weak, group “thinkers” who are dependent, addicts or Adam Lanzas to create chaos—so liberty can be extinguished. Immoral men are too busy to care about family and politics—and protecting their wife and kids like the founders.

Ideas are powerful. You do not put warped, sick ideas into little children’s heads-—like “Pride” in anal sex. It warps how they look at other human beings particularly their daddies and mommies-—it is extremely evil and corrupting to their normal, natural sexual identity formation. It will warp their whole life as it removes Reason and morality from the sex act and reduces sex to an animal act without meaning.

This—of course—is Marxism—we are just animals, since there is no God. And it is radical egalitarianism-—to make men interchangeable with women-—to destroy children’s natural formation.

Homosexual “marriage” is extremely evil idea.....and will corrupt all children exposed to that idea as “Good”. It flips “Good and Evil” and destroys Christian Ethics which formed the Age of Reason and America. It is superior to all other religions because it is tied to Natural Law Theory-—by St Thomas Aquinas in the 13th Century.
