Oh! That case pisses me off... not only because of what it did specifically/obviously, but because it *greatly* expanded the power of the court (they can now just make up some 'right', say states are infringing on it, and then strike down those [state-level] laws.)

* Next time someone asks about the 'right' to privacy, respond with "then justify the TSA."

I am not so sure about that. Generally, people who protest abortion do not lose their jobs, businesses, or get sued because of their beliefs.
