He got shot six times, and the police didnt get shot once, fumed great-aunt Brenda Nunez of the shooting of Kimani Kiki Gray of East Flatbush. What's this, a new litmus test for justifiable homicide?

He was just starting to turn his life around, He loved his Grandma.
Kids like this will kill you quicker than an older man.
How many 16 yo gang kids take their guns home to show to their Momma’s. Of course she didn’t know he owned a gun.
It was probably a stolen gun.Since no one in New York can own a gun.
The gun laws work don’t they?

In other news...
ST. PETERSBURG (FOX 13) - A 43-year-old St. Petersburg man was shot by police Sunday night after he allegedly charged them while armed with a pair of scissors.
One more reason why you should not run with scissors.

Police are supposed to be trained to disarm a child, or disarm anybody if they have a gun, said one of Grays cousins, who did not give her name. They DID disarm him.
The teens rap sheet includes four prior arrests, including charges of grand larceny, possession of stolen property and inciting a riot, sources said.
To which of course his gandma would say "He's a good boy, he wouldn't do that"
His father could not be reached for comment. (probably because we don't have a clue who he is)

This is a poorly written article. The cops say he pointed a gun at them. The family said he didn’t own a gun. Is anyone denying that he had a gun? Is there any real evidence? If he had a gun and pointed it at the cops, he should expect to be shot. If he was just adjusting his waistband and cops thought he was pulling a gun without seeing anything, they may have overreacted. This seems real simple to me — there was either a gun at the scene or there wasn’t. The story doesn’t say.

Question: How was the kid to know they were undercover cops when they werent in uniform and driving an unmarked car? He could have thought they were drug guys or other gang members. Just saying.

I don’t own any guns either. I just let some live in my closet. Am I going to argue with a gun?

Well, of course, the kin always know exactly what the teens in the family own and exactly what they’re doing at all times.
