I think people have no idea how utterly corrupt our society has become. I think our "free" society is a fiction. I think we are ruled and controlled and although we may think we have some involvement in affairs through "elections" and something called "due process", I think none of that actually exists.

Some of the people at the top may actually think that the government is functioning correctly -- but that just shows that they are also clueless.

Although this probably happened, I find it hard to believe with all the words printed or talked about Obama the SC members were somehow unaware they would not be included at some point.

I could well believe that DOJ is complicit in controlling SCOTUS cases.

Just wow. Staffers. Absolutely corrupted system..through and through. I shouldn’t be surprised where we find subversion and corruption these days...but I am.

Can this action be prosecuted?

Until lower levels of protectors are threatened with jail then this is all mute point.

The little things need to be attacked to start the dominoes falling.

Makes sense to me. Paid staff making all kinds of background decisions on what the actual officials see, hear and read, to guide the decisions of those who should be deciding for themselves. Happens all the time at the local government level(as evidenced by the spread of the Agenda 21 c*ap). Clearly happens in the Senate too, as when John McCain didn’t even know what was actually in McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform (violating the law he supposedly helped write because he didn’t know what all was in it).

This is one of the big reasons we need to reduce the size and scale of government - it will take power from the bureaucracy and give it back to the people.

The “justices” may have wanted to avoid seeing some documents. There are consequences to adopting the behaviors of so-called progressives and passing their chosen laws for decades. Such moves against the rights of fathers and families, for example, give our rulers much more discretion to do as they like in other matters.

I hope that's not the same format and grammar/spelling used in an actual press release! It's hard enough to get the media to pay attention, but send something in all caps, and unedited, and I guarantee not even ethical journalists who would give you at least a cursory viewing of the release will file it as SPAM or garbage. As distasteful as it may be you have to at least play their game a little.

The anger is warranted, if true. But, when you are dealing with this level of the “system” you really need to pay as much attention to how you present information, be clear immediately with all of the 5 w’s and the h, and for gosh sakes don't spell words like “the” wrong! Don't oversell or sensationalize it, charges such as high treason, or wrongdoing at SCOTUS are sensational on their own. Additionally, if one is personally affected or affronted by the contents of said press release or statement it may be better to give someone else you trust the pen so they can more easily put the information in the hands of those who can do something with it.

I have no trouble believing most of the charges here... What frustrates me the most is people who freak out, and don't take the time to do things right... For instance, a Friday is NOT the day to send out a release like this. It may seem like waiting too long, but Monday is by far a better choice - how would you expect a true journalist to file a story when they can't fact-check any part of it, or get ahold of any of their sources on a Friday?

It's silly mistakes like this that have plagued us since early 2008, and has allowed the enemies to treat us like fools.

This whole thing is getting beyond pathetic at this point - it actually has been for some time now. When you start losing the confidence of even those who believe you, you've got a huge public image problem, not to mention how hard it will be for those in the system to help you navigate through the corruption and dirty tricks.

Everything I've stated above I learned the hard way, in the trenches of several campaigns as the media contact/director, spokeswoman, and in writing hundreds of press releases. So, I'm not trying to hurt our efforts, I'm only attempting to offer a bit of advice.

PS- I'm still posting via my TV/wii internet config., so please show a bit of mercy in regard to grammar mistakes in this post. I realize I am probably opening myself up to charges of hypocrisy, however I wouldn't be sending out any releases via my wii, as the ability to edit well is extremely restricted.

PPS - Who and how can we assist in any way to bring this to the attention of someone with the ability to fire these clerks? Are there any trusted conservative clerks that take pride in the reputation of the court who is in a position of taking action with these charges of impropriety? It does no good to ignore procedure set in place just because you are 99% sure they will ignore you...

Unfortunately, the clerks do more than summaries. Taitz, counsel for the plaintiffs submits as Exhibit 3 a recent correspondence with the Supreme Court in regards to case Taitz v Astrue USCA District of Columbia Circuit no 11-5304, where Taitz caught the employees of the Supreme Court actively obstructing justice and tampering with the documents submitted to the Supreme Court. Taitz provided the court with Federal Express receipts showing packages received by the Supreme Court and signed for by the employees of the Supreme Court, but never docketed and hidden from the Justices of the Supreme Court by the employees. These employees of the court were not appointed by the President, were not confirmed by the Senate, they never took an Oath of Allegiance and nobody knows where their allegiance lies.

Very interesting clams here. Gotta wonder how they will get by with ignoring this stuff.
