Meanwhile, Tehran's official news agency calls WND 'mouthpiece of CIA'
The explosions at Irans Fordow nuclear facility Jan. 21 killed at least 40 people, including two North Koreans, WND learned Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Islamic regime is labeling WND a mouthpiece of the CIA for its exclusive reporting of the blasts.
The bodies of 11 of the technicians and scientists are beyond recognition, a member of the security forces at the facility told WND. According to the source, 60 others are in critical condition and have been transferred to the central base of the 27th Division of Mohammad Rassool Allah. The base, between Tehran and Qom, is equipped with a modern medical facility.
At the time of the explosions, the source said, 203 Iranian scientists and technicians along with 16 North Koreans had been logged in at the site, though the initial report listed 240 people.
The day before the explosions, the North Koreans had brought in new equipment, described by the source as touch-screen monitors the size of TVs that were installed in the monitoring room and some new parts that were installed in the centrifuges before the start of the enrichment process.
Get the inside story in Reza Kahlilis A Time To Betray and learn how the Islamic regime bought the bomb in Atomic Iran.
The explosions were reported exclusively by WND Jan. 24, with updates Jan. 27, Jan. 29, Jan. 30 and Jan. 31. WND previously reported the trapped workers included 16 North Koreans: 14 technicians and two military attaches.
The source said many of the centrifuges have been destroyed and rescuers have still not accessed the reserves of the stock of 20-percent enriched uranium to assess the level of radiation.

That’s one heck of a source WND has got themselves there - must be Iminajinjihad himself.

You must admit, they have equal credibility in their public commentary....

Considering it involves the two hardest locations to get news out of in the world, I wouldn't bet on it. You might ask the Israeli’s...

If this story is true, it sounds like an explosive device was included in the "low-tech" North Korean junk.
Very interesting. Maybe South Korean intelligence planted it; maybe the CIA is better than we give it credit for. The implication alone is useful as it may cause the Iranians to suspect the North Korean source as saboteurs.

The fact that Iran concerns itself with this single story from this lonely source intrigues me.

But there was no explosion!

You always have this problem of enriched uranium separating water into oxygen and hydrogen ~ when it heats up. That's what blows up those atomic power plants ~ or any place else that's not properly ventilated.
So, an underground facility full of centrifuges blows up ~ certainly not news.

I have been unable to locate any OHI (satellite or aerial OverHead Imagery) of the Fordo / Fordow nuke site that is
reliably dated on or after the reported January 21 date of the explosion. (The latest overflight published on Google Earth is dated 16 NOV 2012.)
The only photo (published by Business Insider.com) showing what was purportedly post-explosion damage turned out to be manipulated or "doctored" using an image-processing app like "Photoshop". My final analysis of that image is here.
If anyone does locate OHI of the Fordo / Fordow site dated on/after 21 JAN 13, please contact me with the URL -- and I'll give it my best shot to determine if any valid evidence (damage, vented ejecta, or rescue activity) is detectable.
Thanks,
TXnMA
