I posted earlier that one of the few times anyone in the Obama administration seemed to speak honestly early in the Benghazi fiasco was when Petraeus said that no one in the CIA ordered anyone to stand down when the consulate was under attack and asking for help. Then Petraeus seem to go silent from then until now.
My thoughts exactly.

After watching that video, I am not so sure. But who knows.

You’re quite right to raise the issue to be sure. I still think of them as being on the same page as Russia, and willing to play along with anyone who will take the U. S. down.
We are all that stands between them and the world as they envision it.
I wasn’t seeking to leave them out, and if you want to list it as the Democrats, China, Islam, and Russia, I would agree. Is there redundancy as listed like this? Probably so, but what the heck.

Perhaps this clarifies things a bit. Maybe they thought Petraus was a threat to give them away so they tried to replace his testimony with someone they knew would help them cover up.
