What the HECK does resigning mean he can’t testify?
What did he do, turn in his memory when he walked out the door (presuming he had a brain to begin with.)
Further news reports say that the Senate and House committees will still want to hear from him, but they are delaying that until later while he and his wife go through this "difficult time".
