What is everyone hearing around the office regarding the election? I mean, particularly among liberals and independents. We all obviously know what conservatives are saying.
At my office, I've noticed the liberals are very quiet (except when whispering among themselves), and the independents hate Obama.
Wow! I am impressed with this, and it gives us hope that there are people who do pay attention!
The people at my yacht club seem to be trending towards Romney. One guy was for Obama, so I pedaled my yacht at him and the swan head knocked him into the pond.
Nothing, not a peep - last cycle there was zer0 crap plastered all over the place in private work areas. I have seen nothing inside the building. A few bumper stickers in the parking lot, but very few.
LOL. Times are rough all over.

Stuff like this? This is Texas. We just want the yankee liberals on both sides of the line to just leave us be. We don’t want Obamacare. We don’t want Romneycare. All we want is an actual social conservative.
Do you know how damaging that clip of him vs Teddy Kennedy is for us? This is his health care baby that we are fighting and Romney’s on the side of the enemy. Both of them are. We cannot support either one in good conscience.
90% for Romney in my office and in fact my whole organization. We’re all govt employees and contractors in the defense community and it’s basically monolithic for Romney. We rarely talk politics because there’s no reason to. We’re all on the same page.
Why just today...I had Prius....run a red light...I was turning left and ended up following...the closer I got the more the reason for the idiot driver....yes...obama stickers everywhere....it’s true...liberals are not very attractive!
Interesting anecdote about the Af. Amer. supervisor. . .
It sounds like she volunteered the info; or so to speak started the political conversation.
I was delivering an order to an Af. Amer. lady, and I don’t talk politics with my customers. She brought it up! She wondered what I thought, I was gentle with her but said I could not support Obama. She felt times were too hard and she could not vote for him again. She said she plans to vote Romney, or not vote.
He took my stapler and never brought it back.
“It’s tough to admit when your hero has feet of clay,:”
It is tough, and that’s why I was gentle with the elderly black lady. I understand it meant a great deal to her to see a “black” man in the presidency. But we can’t park our principles or our sanity at the door.
LOL, I know, I lost my head for a second....forgot what the fabric of FR is. ;)
There are many R/R yard signs in my neighborhood, but only one 0/B...a Jewish neurosurgeon. Will they never learn?
There is one liberal in my office (black guy) so he’s hopeless. The rest us are all very conservative so we are all pretty excited to go vote.
I work for an insurance company. The gay guys and unmarried young women are still voting for Obama. Everyone else... not so much. But unlike 2008, there are no Obama bumper stickers in the parking lot - not a single one.
You left out the important detail: what response did you get from the 1 non-Romney voter who started off the conversation?
Pick your battle and bring back the anti-Romney videos after Romney is sworn in. If the Kenyan gets in, the internet and all other lines of comm are shut down for us and the war is lost.
So now we’re on the subject who tipped off Moochelle Mrs. Romney wuza wearing pink? For a sec there I thought I was watching Tuesday Night Football.
Was it a red Swingline?
I teach for a conservative Catholic school. Everyones either sitting out, or voting for Goode.
That’s the kind of nonsense that will get us 4 more years of Obama and kill our country. Tell them thanks a lot.
