The left's war on traditional marriage took a truly disgraceful turn Monday.

The folks at Salon actually published a piece entitled "Gay Couples Have Happier Kids."

The sub-headline read, "Studies show that the traditional nuclear family is not better. It's a dying model -- and that's a good thing":

In the longest-running study of lesbian families to date, zero percent of children reported physical or sexual abuse—not a one. In the general population, 26 percent of children report physical abuse and 8.3 percent report sexual abuse.

As a prosecutor for 18 years, I can tell you that the most violent and vicious domestic cases were where the lesbian couple had a falling out. And they do quite often, usually over infidelity. Not even the worst Jerry Springer addict would watch that and find it a happy home life.

That a tiny fraction of 3% of the population has children and that an even tinier fraction of that tiny fraction has children by getting pregnant via a surrogate or by donating sperm to get a surrogate pregnant only underscores the fundamental truth alluded to by bunkerhill7 and demonstrates your extreme exceptions to the rule of practice and biology to be even sillier that what you supposed his remarks to have been.

I don’t know if there are statistics kept on homosexual domestic violence. I would not trust “studies” done as I’m pretty sure any “studies” are done to “confirm” the homosexual agenda of the person conducting the study.

As for infidelity/promiscuity, that % is much higher among homosexuals than heterosexuals. And I would expect that a higher incidence of infidelity would also lead to a higher incidence of domestic violence.

He got his panties all wadded up trying to have a professor taken out because of a study he didn’t like the results of. A study with 3000 folks over years. From what I remember reading on this, it says products of kids in gay households are more likely to be unemployed, depressed, and on government assistance. It is what it is. He wanted to shoot the messenger, literally speaking from a hostile blog he wrote.

If a gay procreates with a straight, he ain`t gay- he is a hypocrite cozs he has to go to opposite sex [hetero] in order to procreate.

2 same-sex people cannot procreate by themselves- they need a third party of opposite sex in order to do that.

This is called having your cake and eating it, too. Even if it is a test tube from a gay, it would have to be an egg from a female and a sperm from a gay male- that`s a heterosexual event. It`s also called hypocrisy to claim homosexuality but going to the opposite sex to procreate. Sorry but it takes 2 opposite sexes, bodies or cell test tubes, to procreate and that just ain`t homosexualty, my friend [hetero=different] You can`t have it both ways and claim to be homosexual coz your body cell is uniting with a different sex.. That`s why 2 gays cannot be biological parents with each other- DUhhhhhhhhhhh I cannot raise Arabians from 2 stallions-DUHHHHHHHHHH I HAVE to get a mare and breed the mare and the stallion,-duhh go back to biology class!
