A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible...

It would be a wonderful thing if something actually came of this, but all of us know nothing will happen!
Of course, Klayman’s letter will be completely blown off by the DNC and even more so by the MSM. Still.....he’s dead on, and I still harbor the fantasy of seeing Obama and countless others frog-marched to jail to await trial over this massive fraud perpetrated upon the United States of America and her citizens.
It’ll never happen....but a man can still dream.

Going after individuals could prove far more effective than amorphous organizations like the DNC. People can go to prison.
Keep an eye on the “Certificate of Nomination” a.k.a. “eligibility letter” that will be sent to the Office of Elections of the State of Hawaii just after the Democratic Convention.
If there are discrepancies between the text of the letter sent to Hawaii compared to that sent to the other states as there was in 2008, that is open grounds for a eligibility lawsuit. I know we’ve been through all this before, but with the public alerted by events of the past 4 years, the results in court in 2012 may be different.
Good! I hope he sends John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid a strong message too.

For the first time ever somebody asked and got a legally-binding response from Hawaii regarding Obama’s birth record there. Onaka’s response was that Obama does not have a legally-valid birth certificate in Hawaii.
This should be plastered on the front page of every newspaper in the country. The question we have all been asking has finally been answered.
If people pass Obama along just like they did last time they will have to commit crimes in the process, because they have no excuse to think Obama has qualified, when Hawaii itself has said they don’t have anything legally-valid for him.
THe question is, did they mean the headline to be intentionally misleading, or was it just sloppy?
“Obama Lawyer Warned” — sounds like an Obama lawyer is the one doing the warning.
But as the story says, the Obama attorney WAS warned, not doing the warning. Changes the whole tone of the article.

Such an investigation is only fair to not only President Obama and his legacy but also to the American people. I'm sure that the results of this investigation will provide proof that President Obama was indeed legitimately the President of the United States.
However, if by some chance the accusations turn out to be correct, there is a promise that anybody in Congress whether they be republican or democrat will be legally held accountable and justice will be served for any wrong doing and illegal activity. Let that be a warning to the leaders of Congress who have taken the oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America."
This message alone will lift the hair on the back of the necks of those failing to do their job. These leaders have received packages and copies of affidavits so they do know what’s being alleged. These candidates and our congressmen need to know that this is no longer a missing Birth Certificate issue but forgery and also possible fraud regarding the social security number(s) of Barack Obama.
This message will most likely prompt some to start taking action so that when the new President comes in they will not be caught with their pants down and possibly face jail time.
