Romney's bad behavior Exposed by Seamus "Romney Loses Nomination Over Dog Abuse? -
Romney was traveling that summer with his wife, five sons,
and Seamus to his parent's cottage on Lake Huron.
But hours into the ride, Seamus apparently suffered diarrhea,
which ran down the back window of the car.
David Kravitz wrote on BlueMassGroup, a liberal blog.
"It also strikes me as classic Romney:
it solves a problem efficiently, in a business-like manner,
and with no regard whatsoever for the suffering
that the solution may cause."
"But the details of the event are more than unseemly
- they may, in fact, be illegal.
Massachusetts's animal cruelty laws
specifically prohibit anyone from carrying an animal
"in or upon a vehicle, or otherwise,
in an unnecessarily cruel or inhuman manner
or in a way and manner which might endanger
the animal carried thereon.
"An officer for the Massachusetts Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals responded
to a description of the situation saying
"it's definitely something I'd want to check out."
The officer, Nadia Branca, declined to give
a definitive opinion on whether Romney broke the law
but did note that it's against state law to have a dog
in an open bed of a pick-up truck, and
"if the dog was being carried in a way that endangers it,
that would be illegal."

Dogs and humans have co-evolved for an estimated 30 thousand years. Stuff like this is not an accident.

To paraphrase Franklin, "Dogs are proof that God loves us."
Hard to see how we humans deserve the love of God or of Dogs, especially these days.
None the less, I pray that I may someday be worthy of such grace, love and acceptance...but all the while not seeing how I could ever be such a human.

A pitbull saved a life? Are you sure?
To listen to some, including some seriously deluded freepers, all a pit is good for is going on a murderous rampage, killing anything that they see.
I guess it’s not quite as cut and dried as they’d like to pretend.

I have two dogs, one the same breed as Lilly. She wouldn’t hurt a flea and has the sweetest disposition you could imagine. She’s so intelligent and very sensitive. A wonderful dog.

Not too surprising. Pit Bulls are some of the most loyal dogs out there. They used to call them "nanny dogs". Thats one of the reasons they are so potentially dangerous. A well trained PB can be an awesome dog.
The flip side of that, well, we all know....

This is the future of Chicago is:
Police say an East Garfield Park woman threw a puppy off her third-floor balcony, breaking its leg, then laughed about it in front of arresting officers.
Jamille Marshall, 22, told police she and a friend found the yellow pit bull mix puppy on her balcony around 9:30 a.m. Monday. They tossed the dog off the balcony because they said it wasnt theirs and they didnt want it,
