A proposal from the Obama administration to prevent children from doing farm chores has drawn plenty of criticism from rural-district members of Congress. But now it’s attracting barbs from farm kids themselves.
The Department of Labor is poised to put the finishing touches on a rule that would apply child-labor laws to children working on family farms, prohibiting them from performing a list of jobs on their own families’ land.
Under the rules, children under 18 could no longer work “in the storing, marketing and transporting of farm product raw materials.”

The US will become a liberal utopia - just like Cuba. Children will work in the fields after school so the Cuban people can have their "fair share" of what little food is avaiable. Everyone will be "allowed" only what's necessary to stay alive. The liberals will have achieved their life long dream of a satanic garden of Eden. There will be a blob of slop in every pot.

I was driving a tractor on the farm by the time I was five. Now I find that my grandparents, uncle and aunt, and others should have been hung. Who knew?

4-H also does other things with kids... My daughter belongs to the 4-H shooters club, you know that would be the first part of 4-H to go bye-bye. She’s quite the little markswoman and really enjoys it.
It’s not a bill. It’s a “rule.” Propagated by the unelected un-Constitutional bureaucrats at the Labor Department, given the rule of law by some obscure Congressional bill from decades ago, probably passed by a lot of Congresscritters who couldn’t even imagine that it would be used this way.
This is what happens when you put a bunch of bureaucrats in power who think “food” comes from Archer Daniels Midland.

BINGO!! How many kids call Child Protective Services on their parents b/c they know it's basically against the law to spank? Kids nowadays would rather play vid games than even play outside.

National Socialism (common short form Nazism, German: Nationalsozialismus) was the ideology and practice of the Nazi Party - for those who were never taught what NAZI means. You'd be surprised to find out how many people don't know the NAZIs were Socialist like the Democrat party today.
Teach people what NAZI means. They should know.That way they'll understand why Obomacare is so dangerous. Hitler, a socialist, did it, too! We ALL know how that ended.
