President Obama just gave the world a glimpse into his future foreign policy plans this week, should he win a second term. On tap for Obama II: more faith in our adversaries, more betrayal of our traditional allies and more unilateral indulgence in nuclear abolition fantasies.
Monday, President Obama told Russian President Medvedev that “This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility.” Medvedev responded that he would dutifully report that tidbit to Vladimir Putin back in the Kremlin. The men apparently did not realize their discussion was being caught by a live microphone.
Given that the two were talking about missile defense, the implication was clear enough. In order to please Russia, President Obama will use a second term to weaken further the peaceful, purely defensive systems that can defend the U.S. and our allies from missile attacks.

Nothing to ponder here. For a while I was thinking I might even vote for him over Romney, but not after these past few weeks.
Of course, my first priority is ensuring we don't HAVE to choose between Obama and Romney in the first place.

Why do you say he cannot? Is there a legal basis for that? I’m only asking because so much of what he has already done is unconstitutional so I don’t doubt for a second that he would try it.

I imagine that Putin knows more about who Obama is than most Americans. Because little Barry grew up among Communists and KGB agents, and probably continued to keep his connections with them.

If the court rules it unconstitutional for government to do this, then that includes any action of or by the president.
Yeah - the creep might want to try executive order, then that too can be taken to the court. I just seriously doubt he would be stupid enough to bloody his political-nose again, as it is already pretty red and sore.

Well, those were the instructions.
Last night our local affiliate touched on it in passing (maybe because the world press is all over the story?). They glossed over it with a tone of light amusement, portraying the incident as just another entertaining moment in the president's day.
Admit it, it takes the MSM to stir things up before Congress takes action. Richard Nixon would still be with us if not for the determination of the Graham cracker woman (the owner of the WashPost at the time) to oust him.
And that is the makings of a French revolution. What the hell is wrong with us?! Why won't our representatives stop him? What are they so freakin' frackin' afraid of in DC?
It sure isn't We the People, now is it? We can put a million people in the street in DC and they don't care, they are not afraid, hell they are not even concerned. Why?
