No he can not. But, he can still do greater damage to this nation every day. Election day can hardly come soon enough to limit his wreckage.
Why do you say he cannot? Is there a legal basis for that? I’m only asking because so much of what he has already done is unconstitutional so I don’t doubt for a second that he would try it.
