Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum labeled Rush Limbaugh "absurd" over disparaging remarks from the radio talk show host directed at a law student who testified before a House panel in support of access to contraceptives.
"He's being absurd, but that's you know, an entertainer can be absurd," Santorum told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Friday. "He's in a very different business than I am."

Santorum, you don’t go after the most popular conservative in the country (pro-life to boot)unless you are clueless.
Why would’nt he? He lied about Newt.
He’s got about as much depth as a bird-bath.
I'm really not paying much attention to this silliness and even I know that Santorum words are the exact same as Limbaughs. Limbaugh was been his usual self by being over-the-top with with absuridty himself on an absurd and moronic topic.
If we can’t have it both ways, I and(I would many others) would be righteous in sitting this election out.
There was something about Santorum that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Now I know—he’s clueless. He should have stayed out of this one.
I will try to explain to you what I think he should have done... what I would have done.
I know what this woman said... Rush quoted her... I would have quoted her own words verbatim and asked Wolf what his definition of her desription of herself was in his opinion. I would then quote Webster’s on the exact English definition. I would have read her blog entry about how she chose George Town because she wanted to challenge the Church on reproductive rights... that is what I would have done.
Rush did all of that yesterday. Santorum should have been better prepared for this question and he either took the easy way out or he was sadly uninformed... and he is running for leader of the Free World. He is not qualified for the office he aspires to and this is just more proof. IMHO, YMMV... this is my opinion and my opinion only.

If your guy was doing so good, he would be ahead, problem with Newt is that he has a very limited following.
Face it, after weeks of picking on Santorum, it has yet to elevate Newt. Romney team is better than any of us at taking out Newt or Rick. So quit wasting your time. Pick on Romney instead.
Newt is accountable for all of his own problems as much as Santorum is.
Meanwhile, Romney is going to walk away with it.
So spare me your venom.
Don’t forget little ricky has proudly stated he has voted for appropriations that included birth control. He claims to be a devout Catholic but votes for abortion pills for anyone that wants to take them. He’s showing his liberal colors by attacking Rush.
Santorum jumped the shark.
He probably can’t win this, one of many gotcha questions, what he is expected to do is choose the correct side.
That would be the, ah, conservative side.
By the way,that would be the side which doesn’t want taxpayer’s money going to absurd things.
You can’t criticize him for something, and then criticize him when he does the opposite.
If you would rather have Romney or Obama over Santorum, that’s your perogative. We have two decent conservatives left, and why you all want to destroy one is beyond me. I’m not trying to destroy Gingrich.

I think Rush should take the absurdity even further and now come out for contraceptives for homosexuals and shame the liberals for being behind on the issue.

So let me get this straight..Rush calls some chick a slut(And by the way she IS one..her own facebook page is called Germantown sluts) and everyone on the left demands an apology, meanwhile, Trig Palin has been called MUCH MUCH worse since the day he was born, Sarah’s family has had hundreds if not thousands of death threats made against them, no one is forced to apologize..Andrew Breitbart had to deal with people calling him the worst possible names til the day he died..yet Rush is being told to apologize? NEVER apologize Rush, NEVER..and as far as Santorum goes, no balls man, dude has NO balls
