Sheriff Joe Arpaio had his first run-in with a group of suspected illegal immigrants since things heated up with the Department of Justice.

The Department of Justice recently revoked his deputies' ability to check immigration status inside Maricopa County jails.

Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Lt. Justin Griffin says they pulled over a vehicle and have eight people in their custody for human smuggling at 35th Avenue and Durango.

Griffin says they attempted to give four of the detainees to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but MCSO says ICE is refusing to take them.

Griffin says, "We asked ICE, 'If we were DPS, would you take them from us?' And we were told specifically, 'Yes.'"

Lol. Surprise, surprise. Like I have said before, any police officer in the nation could be deputized to enforce 287g but after ICE started getting complaints, real or imagined about racial profiling, they put the kibosh on that.

Again, the Fed is apparently complicit with the illegal invasion.

I live in Maricopa in Pinal County. The drug smugglers take the back way into Phoenix after getting off Interstate 8, a route which goes directly through Maricopa. Just waiting for crime to increase here due to all the illegal criminals roaming around instead of being locked up and deported like they should be in order to protect US citizens. Yeah, remember us...the people who pay your salaries?

Or just because Arpaio is the very visible point of the spear in trying to stop the illegal alien invasion promoted by the Obama Administration. Obama/Holder have unlimited resources and they will stop Arpaio by whatever means necessary; and the message to any future Arpaio's is that you had better support the illegals or you will be treated as a domestic enemy by the Feds.

If you are near Iowa you know nothing of the border.

You know what made a huge impression on me about the border living down here? I live North of Phoenix and the area around here is what I would describe as a "pristine clean" suburban area. I hardly ever see any garbage or trash lying around or dumped in the streets like I did in SoFlo. It's beautiful.

Driving toward Tombstone from Tucson, we took a hilly highway SE. We started to notice there was garbage strewn around. It was swirling up our windshield and about our vehicle as we drove. We were thinking a garbage truck spilled it's load...out in the middle of nowhere.

They we passed through the hills into a somewhat open area between the hills - a small hidden valley running South to North. There was a wide, brown and beaten trail like a pedestrian highway in the center. It was covered with TRASH going off into the distance in either direction. It dawned on us - It was an illegal crossing area!

It was a nightmare of trash - garbage was all over the place. There were actually cleanup crews attempting to pick up some of the refuse, but it was a few guys with bags and garbage as far as you could see - an impossible situation. I think they were just trying to keep it from getting into the road.

We were in shock. I had never seen a true biohazard of this degree before. I couldn't believe my eyes. Pristine Arizona - trashed by illegal invaders!

We need to show up on congress’ doorstep by the millions. And I don’t mean as the Tea Party - as Americans united against tyranny. An American Spring where our voices will be heard loud and clear. F zero, F Holder, F Napolitano and most definitely F the commie loving media. We want our country back and we need to get out the vote. We need to go to campuses and downtrodden areas across the country and ask them what obama has done for them. We need a massive get out the vote campaign all across America.

It is an increasingly deadly virus that is killing our heritage, freedoms and American lifestyle. It contorts the rule of law and the tenants of the Constitution to the will of those in power and those who make the most noise.

A boat with a leak will only take on so much water before it sinks. Our country is now down to the gunwales and water is splashing in over the sides. It’s time to take action in the name of the Constitution to save our country and that means if the government won’t do it, we have every right to do so as a militia in the name of freedom and the Constitution’s basic principles.

I sincerely believe that that day has arrived and if action is not taken to solve the open violations of the Constitution, we the people, must take our own actions to correct the situation. So far, peaceful attempts have not worked.

Our politicians, up the the highest level (upon taking office) swear an oath to protect the Constitution and so far, none are doing so.

Fast and Furious is just an up to date and version of Eric Holder’s standard incite the public with a catastrophe method.
Holder did the same thing in 1995 by supplying McVeigh and Nichols with explosives and know how to build a large bomb.

It looks like Holder even made a deal with Nichols after the Oklahoma City Bombing by offering Nichols a non-death prison term if he helped Holder’s henchmen retrieve the left over explosives and other evidence.

At a news conference Monday, top-level representatives for the agencies overseeing the investigation, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, laid out details of the case.

“Through our joint efforts, we’ve sent a resounding message to the Mexican cartels that Arizona is off limits to their operatives,” said Matthew Allen, special agent in charge for ICE HSI in Arizona. “As this case makes clear, law enforcement in Arizona is united in its resolve to protect our communities and our country from the scourge of large-scale narcotics trafficking. We stand ready to use every tool and resource at our disposal to attack and dismantle these organizations.”
