PHOENIX (KPHO) -
Sheriff Joe Arpaio had his first run-in with a group of suspected illegal immigrants since things heated up with the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice recently revoked his deputies' ability to check immigration status inside Maricopa County jails.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Lt. Justin Griffin says they pulled over a vehicle and have eight people in their custody for human smuggling at 35th Avenue and Durango.
Griffin says they attempted to give four of the detainees to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but MCSO says ICE is refusing to take them.
Griffin says, "We asked ICE, 'If we were DPS, would you take them from us?' And we were told specifically, 'Yes.'"

If ICE refuses to do their jobs defund them and let the states protect their own borders from foreign invasion until we get a government that will actually obey the Constitution.
How do we lay the heat on ICE for refusing to do their jobs? This is lawlessness, pure and simple.
DHS, Holder, and a bunch of other agencies are arming Mexican drug cartels, aiding in covering up the truth, demanding that they be the only ones who can enforce the laws, and then refusing to enforce the laws. They are literally holding this country hostage by refusing to let anybody but them enforce law and then refusing to do it themselves.
These people are declaring war on America openly.
How do we respond? What can we do?

Arpaio should turn them over to DPS, who would contact ICE. But, that would likely end quickly because ICE would then refuse to take them from DPS (They have a beef with Gov Brewer).
The Feds are basically refusing their obligation to the States at this point...raising a basic question as to why exactly should Arizonans continue to send in Federal tax receipts?
Start a special Tent Jail and name it OBAMA JAIL.

Why are we paying these ICE people a wage? For that matter, why are we paying Janet Napolitano and her criminal colleagues? So they can disable the whole law enforcement system by guaranteeing that nobody has authority to enforce the laws except them - and they refuse to do so?
It’s like paying somebody to hold the arms of a girl so she can be raped without any means of self-defense.
Disgusting. There’s got to be something we can do besides stand around and click our tongues. This is war declared on the US by our own government.
No dice. ICE is making DPS take them to Case Grande - a long drive - to the Border Patrol. The smuggling charges are then dropped and the illegals are most likely released within a few hours. This is total lawlessness. La Raza is running U.S. immigration enforcement policy as of last week. It is a nightmare, and Americans will DIE as a result. Maricopa County is the 4th most populous in the U.S. Arpaio and his hundreds of deputies apprehended and detained 25% of ALL criminal illegals last year. Just imagine if that drops to near ZERO - what that will mean for the entire country.
I seem to remember a certain king of England that did exactly the same thing to us...or so the Declaration of Independence states, anyway.
This is all about the investigation into the illegal-alien, usurper in the White House and Fast & Furious.
Arpaio’s investigation started back in September and I really hope got all the information he needed from the databases before Obama and the thugs at the DOJ pulled the plug on his capabilities.

When arrests are made are those names made public? Can somebody keep a list of names that ICE let go, and then when somebody on that list commits a robbery, rape, or murder, the victim can charge ICE with being accomplices to the crime?
Seems like RICO should put the entire federal government to an end, if justice were actually implemented. It’s just one big, bloody, stinking racket.
We have bent over too much for Obama and his thugs. The only thing left is the kiss. We have become a People of the government, by the government and for the government. Obama is no King. If he can violate his sworn duty, we damn well should be able to pick and chose the laws we obey.
Can they drop them off at the border themselves i.e. deport them?
Americans, prepare to defend yourselves.
