The Arizona 2012 Project hosted special guests during its Monday evening meeting, which drew attendees from across the state.
Chairman Ron Ludders introduced constitutional Attorney Van Irion of the Liberty Legal Foundation (LLF) and Republican presidential candidate John Dummett (pronounced Dumay), the lead plaintiff in a class action complaint filed against the National Democratic Party, challenging president Barack Obama’s eligibility.

Arpaio said the investigation was progressing and stated, “I’ve got a gut feeling there’s a little cover-up … We’re not out to hang anybody. I’m just doing my job.”
Noting MCSO may be the only law enforcement agency in the country looking into the issue Arpaio said even the Republicans don’t like what he’s doing.
He asked, “Why wouldn’t they want to get to the bottom of this?”
While he’s doing the investigation at the behest of the people of Maricopa County, Arpaio said, “If it affects the whole nation, that’s not my fault. I think people deserve to know the real story. Maybe there’s nothing to it. But, I don’t know. It doesn’t look good.”

Questioning why Congress wasn’t looking into the issue, he asked, “Who are you going to bring in, the FBI, the justice department? (met with laughter) I just want to get to the bottom of this to get the truth out.”
He stated what the posse was doing was interesting and said, “My guys are pretty good. Forget the birth certificate. We’re looking at other things. We’re going to do something – I promise you.”
Alluding Obama could conceivably be an illegal alien, which he said was “not that far off,” Arpaio chided the mainstream media for ignoring the issue and said, “I know what I’ll do; I’ll get on Twitter tomorrow and Facebook.”

There has been no case, and it is not likely there will be. One can imagine the Smart Money is betting the judiciary will let the clock run out on the issue before it agrees to be put in the position of holding that it and the 2009 Congress were clearly and fundamentally mistaken.
The short of it is that Hawaii can not produce something they do not have.
Do you realize how fortunate the nation would be if Joe formally requested copies of O's birth documents from HI and it replied it had none, or produced more patently bogus documentation, or said it was not required to respond?

Frog, your analysis is excellent. It’s amazing that it may take a sheriff to do what no member of the DC Establishment is willing to do. I hope Joe digs his teeth into like a pitbull and doesn’t let go till he upends the Ruling Class applecart.
We have already paid a massive price for Pelosi’s and the others’ perfidy. The damage Obama has done to this country is all but irreversible. But better late than never. If Obama is fully exposed, maybe the shake-up will rid us of some of the more entrenched career parasites, and we can start with a fresher slate.
Besides, Obama himself says he was born in Asia. Doesn’t that count for anything?

Catholic Social Services of Connecticut maintained legal custody of BHO II from 1971 until his 18th birthday in 1981. Lolo Soetoro was BHO’s II stepfather prior to the adoption, his father during the adoption and his stepfather after the adoption was annulled.
The divorce decree indicates the Soetoro’s were responsible for BHO’s II education because he was a full time student and dependent after he reached the age of majority, i.e. the Soetoro’s could still claim as a dependent on their tax returns because he was a full time student and they were providing financial support. Consequently, an arrangement between the Soetoro’s will have to be made to establish who will continue to support BHO II and get the tax deduction while he is a full time student.
Note: The Soetoro’s did not have to provide for all of BHO’s II financial needs as a post-HS graduate, full time student to take the dependent deduction on their tax returns. BHO II was probably using a scholarship for foreign nationals to help pay for his education.

You no doubt have in mind the Republican’s uncompromising and brutal vengeance toward the defeated South and their insistence that southern states had committed suicide and were no longer part of the nation. With that view, they attempted to give the South no more than the status of colonies and subject them to the whims of government power.
If that is your point, it is well made. It is something to keep in mind as we see our current day government leaders frantically attempt to correct what they view as a “fundamentally flawed Constitution” and to “remake” America. In that regard, to paraphrase the skipper of the Red October, frankly, I give them a 50/50 chance.

This is consistent with evidence discovered per the SSNs Obama has used in the past. Two of those, used while he attended Occidental College, had 999-XX-XXXX prefixes indicating that they actually weren't SSNs. These numbers prove that Obama was receiving financial aid as a foreign student.

I’ve mentioned this before, on an earlier thread. I read a lot of the commentary on certain news articles in both mainstream and less mainstream publications, and over the last six months I’ve noticed an up-tick in posted skeptical commentary that allude to, if not outright refer to the birth narrative and eligibility issue. The offerings are still diffuse by most standards, but have been steadily increasing both in cogency and in lack of concerted repudiation attempts. Most striking to me have been when I’ve read so-called “Birther” comments posted in forums appended to stories published by as diverse news organizations as CBS, ABC WaPO, NYPost, MSNBC and others that not only fail to draw cogent return fire, but actually garner supporting follow-on responses.
People *are* talking about this issue, and no matter whatever else one may say about Donald Trump’s self-aggrandizing nature, he’s the only public figure who was able to rattle the villains currently Occupy-ing 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue enough to make them panic and post a patently fake LFBC “document” on WH servers. For that alone, America owes the man a debt of gratitude.
Forged documents, foreign citizenships, five trillion pissed away, credit down grades. This guy is breaking new ground.
