This is consistent with evidence discovered per the SSNs Obama has used in the past. Two of those, used while he attended Occidental College, had 999-XX-XXXX prefixes indicating that they actually weren't SSNs. These numbers prove that Obama was receiving financial aid as a foreign student.

As I recall it, there was a list from California that indicated there was an Indonesian student in California in 1979 -1980. No names on the list. Maybe SSN’s.
