Nonsense. Aquinas (800 years ago) said that the countless myriads of angels are so diverse, every one of them could be a differernt species. That's way more than enough diversity to account for intelligent beings in any number of quantum universes.
The biblical view of an entire universe that has fallen and is corrupted as the result of Adam and Eve's sin is inconsistent with the idea of intelligent space aliens. I can't theologically rule out the possibility of all ET biology (such as the equivalent of algae or simple life forms), but it's a safe bet within biblical doctrine that there are no ET's comparable to man.
