Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

If Obama had British citizenship at birth (questionable since his father was a bigamist under US law, even though the bigamy was not publicly known, the marriage may not have been valid) he would have lost it under the terms of the UK Kenya Independence Act and the Constitution of Kenya.
The Kenyan Constitution defined Kenyan citizenship. The Kenya Independence Act basically stated that any UK citizen who became a Kenyan citizen at independence, lost their UK citizenship.
None of which would effect any claim to American citizenship which is only defined under US law.
He may be British but he is working for the Muslims, either as a traitor who is working for them OR as a Muslim who is doing everything he can to destroy America.

If true, which I doubt considering the source, what authority does a sheriff in Arizona have to determine the authenticity of the Hawaiian birth certificate belonging to a Illinois legal resident working in the District of Columbia?
It would be no better than when the NYPD “investigated” out of state gun shops that never operated in New York.
