Anyone calling for a total collapse of government does not know who will come out on top...to coin a phrase...anarchists just want "change".

Allow me to re-state that slightly: “Anarchist” is the word applied by the MSM to lefties who get out of the groove, get a little frisky, hurt somebody, etc. It just wouldn’t do to call a violent progressive social democrat something that would identify who he really is. A true “anarchist” would just head to the woods to be left alone.

Interesting perspective. I observe that masked anarchists are almost always carrying weapons. It would be very hard to argue in court that an armed citizen who dropped one or more of them was acting imprudently - when screaming masked men with baseball bats are menacing people and smashing property in the midst of a riot all bets are off.

These anonymous, belligerent "tough guys" are only tough guys when they have the advantage of numbers and a disarmed ciizenry to exploit.

I have a friend who is a professor of Political Science at Duke Univ. He once related to me his encounter with a gentleman who introduced himself as "The Secretary General of the Buenos Aires branch of the Argentine Anarchist Party." When they want to, they organize like anyone else.

Had a good conversation today with a friend who’s a retired LEO. He said the new “liquid” armor would be great for prison guards. Protects well against “stab” attacks. I told him that the “liquid” armor was based on Silly Putty, which he got a kick out of. But it really is! Non-Newtonian fluids, and colloids. Silly Putty! A bit more complicated than that, but still,,,,,,,,And the metallic versions are very interesting!
